I arrived at 10pm and waited 10 minutes to be seated, not bad. We asked for the couch but was told it was reserved...turned out they don’t accept reservations. We were then told it’s only for groups of 6. They sat a Cuban couple (2people) there instead of my group(3). The hookah is really sad qualit
Food is horrible!! Dirty seating!! Horrible customer service!! the African lady with short hair ( the hostess) is something out of a scary movie!! The staff is super rude!!! The food is disgusting! And when I tried to talk to The server he got upset and said everyone comes here likes the food !
We ordered hookah and it wasn’t good, but the guy Rafael, who was our waiter made all the difference because he took care of us. Very good guy. Customer service was on top. Good drinks. 5 stars! ...just took blue mist with watermelon and pineapple it’s very good.

Dirty Menus, dirty seating, rude staff, hookahs not set up properly. Keep walking so much better down the street. Anything would be better!
