The staff is amazing at this restaurant. Gabby, Valentina, and Emma always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to welcome you into
the restaurant.
They make your dining experience extra nice and the food is great too. This staff certainly needs to be commend for a job well done.
Lucas is also amazing.

The food was absurdly overpriced and the staff was not very competent. Water was 10$ each and our bill was over 50$ for four beverages. They include a mandatory service charge, yet the service is terrible, took 20 minutes to get drinks, and the employee got our order wrong twice. Miami has great vegan food, no need to eat here unless someone else is footing the bill.

The cracker to pâté ratio is off so I found myself eating a heaping spoonful of pâté with half a rice cracker. But the crackers have a hollow center, are light, not greasy and have a delicate crunch.
When I asked the right person for two extra crackers, happily, he promised to bring them without hesitation or hassle. Good sign.
The paté unlike its wet-mud-like texture is surprisingly yummy and a very good approximation of the taste of the real (animal) pâté.
The burger didn’t fall apart while biting and has an am-eating-center-of-a-bread-squeezed-into-a-doughy-ball texture. I like.
The salad next to it is an original combination of leaves with a good dressing. No complaints.
One came at the end of the meal to offer exchanging my glass of water for a cooler one. Again, another good sign.
Please don’t complain about prices. You are eating the healthiest food around, with one of the best views around with real well-balanced silverware, surrounded by lots of plants and lots of natural light.

Really nice place and the service was pretty fast. I wanted to try this place that I though was vegan but it looks like the menu changed so I got a poke bowl, nothing impressive.

I rarely give a 1-star review, however, you should know that not only do they not answer their phones (called numerous times during the week to stop by on Friday before our flight), they don't allow non-hotel guests into the restaurant. How did we find out? After searching for parking (eventually found a garage nearby), we walked in to the lobby of hotel. Tried numerous elevators, couldn't get up to the 6th floor. Finally asked the concierge, and he told us that non-guests are not allowed in. I double, and even tripled checked the website and it doesn't list this anywhere. Also, to add insult to this experience, they are NO LONGER A VEGAN/PLANT-BASED restaurant... Quite the let-down.

Four star because of limited vegetarian options available in the area. One point deducted because of the small portion. View and deco is beautiful.

Wow, when I saw the reviews for Plnthouse I was weary to try it. Seems like most of the 1 star reviews are due to the restaurant no longer being vegan and not due to the service or food. I went here with my partner and her sister and loved the interior. Calming, simple and just overall a great ambiance. Beautiful view on the patio, too. I ordered an acai bowl and the other two split avocado toast. The toast took a few minutes, and Amed (I believe that was his name) apologized profusely and offered us a round of free smoothies... so kind! The coconut cold brew was great and the ladies loved their matcha lattes. The smoothie was very, very good as well. Yes, the restaurant is not vegan but they are certainly plant based and helping folks move in the right direction. Would definitely go again!
