The place was fairly empty with one patron ahead of me ordering his food. One woman at the counter and two guys on the back area. I patiently waited for this man ahead of me being served and charged.
At a point in time a guy comes from the back and disappears with the container of yogurt but does not come back. Looks like the woman was surprised I been waiting all this time when she started prepping my bowl. Yogurt is precisely what I wanted as one of my 3 toppings. She tells me they will come back with the container refilled, instead she goes back with my bowl and gets the yogurt from the back area, now she comes back and I asked for falafel, she opens the container and looks frustrated that there is no a utensil to pick up the falafel. Instead, she introduces her hands inside the container and with her plastic gloves picks up a coupe balls of falafel. At this time, I asked if she thought that was right, she looks at me with her forehead showing discomfort and upset and defends herself stating she has gloves. I said she was touching everything else and my food with those gloves. Out of frustration I said, I am leaving, the level of service here is terrible. In conclusion if you come here, watch servers’ behaviors.
Store manager: get your team in order, if necessary fire the bad apples.

Perfect if you’re looking for a lite lunch or dinner. I ordered the chicken platter m, which is chicken kabob, a Greek salad, and saffron rice. It was delicious! I live Mediterranean food. You should definitely try it if your in the area. Did not disappoint!

One of my top 3 go-to spot in Miami whenever I want a tasty and healthy meal. Not sure what’s in their secret ingredient but I’m yet to try something that doesn’t make me giggle as I chew. When many pleases in Miami are a bit of a hit-or-miss and the same dish can taste differently each time, Rice is always on point and I appreciate that. No flashy lights, dudes playing saxophone, just great tasting food with an enjoyable atmosphere. Keep up the good work.
