My go to Starbucks but very rarely does it have the flavor of a normal Starbucks. Service is slow and employees rush at times. Never have I experienced rude cashiers though.

Great location near the beach. Quite location, clean and friendly stuff. Seating outside which makes this place great to have a cup of coffee.

This the only Starbucks who charge $1.5 for tap water. They have gratuity as well. One of the worst run Starbucks in business. I have been waiting more than 20 min and my order is white chocolote mocha which they can make it in 5 min. Many customer who came after me they got their order.. horrible service..

The coffee never tastes like Starbucks. It’s always packed and then randomly closes at times for unknown reasons. Sadly I’d find somewhere else or a diff Starbucks close by for coffee. I’ve tried to come here 5x and was disappointed with the coffee each time.

Amazing, not cheap, but excellent. The menu and food quality was a step well above most Keys eateries. The service was on par with the price point. Nestled in the third floor with outdoor dining make the views and ambiance unbearable.

The rudest employees I have ever experienced. I ordered one cortado and I got an iced coffee. When I kindly explained that it is not what I ordered, I was asked to repeat my order 4 times and one of the employees rudely sighed in my face because for some reason could not understand what I was saying
