We went here on a strong recommendation. Although it was Friday night it was half empty. The staff were helpful but a bit distracted - dishes and drinks arrived late or early. Somewhere with this ambition should do great guacamole - although you see it made fresh it is a bit bland. The nachos were also bland and forgettable. The shrimp tacos were the best part of dinner - outstanding. The cauliflower and mushroom main course was dismal - best passed over.

Delicious experience! Not the absolute most authentic Mexican that I've had but hard to argue that the dishes here are delicious - full flavor and full portions as well. The sangria was also great and would highly recommend getting a pitcher of it. Before you even get to those, you're seated with delicious tortilla chips and salsa. Service was great and food came out relatively quickly.

Wish I could give five stars for the guacamole which is other level delicious. The decor is dark so if you need glasses like my dad did then it can be interesting. The steak was a little tough and the service was a little slow but the waitress was very sweet so her attitude made up for her being new. Not a fan of the Mexican beer but hey it's a Mexican place... Overall we would go again.

Highly recommend! We had a very special family lunch celebration at Rosas this past weekend. Service was excellent, food was incredible from the fish tacos, to the carnitas to the table side guacamole. The chef brought us a special complimentary appetizer for our large group which was a nice touch. Margaritas are delicious. One of our favorite restaurants in south beach! I’m a regular :)

Fantastic lunch! The chef David Martinez was very kind to make us enchiladas off the menu due to our dietary requirements.
His mole sauce is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Please try it!!
Bartender Tony made us fab margaritas and was a lovely guy to chat to. Very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend this place and we cannot wait to return.
