My sister and I visited today, and it was BUSY! We didn't want to wait 45 minutes+ for a table, so we sat at the bar. She got unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks, and I got stuffed tortellini with chicken. Both were delicious! The bartender was our server, and she was great! Perfect meal to fill our bellies before we went shopping 😁
Arrived late following wake services for my brother-in-law. The staff was so friendly and helpful to accommodate 18 of us at such a last minute time. I've actually never had a bad experience at any Olive Garden, but this particular one [Loop Mall, Methuen MA] has definitely been my favorite.
I love the food here so much. I always enjoy my time eating here at the Olive Garden. The bread sticks are amazing, and the salads with the house dressing is my top favorite. And I always love the pastas as well.

Very happy with my last visit. I’m on a low carb diet so it’s hard to eat here. I saw someone post that you can substitute broccoli for the pasta so that’s exactly what I did! I got the chicken and shrimp carbonara & substituted for the broccoli. It was delicious!
Olive Garden is a known quantity, and I'd say this restaurant is on-brand. You come for a basic (if somewhat heavily covered in sauce) Italian dining experience, and that's what you get. The servers are usually a little hard to find, but the managers are very attentive, and if you go for your birthday they'll sing to you and bring out a free dessert of your choice (with a customize bit of decoration). That's very nice.
Super fast service. My waiter was a delight and poured me a little wine to try out right away. Everything was hot and delicious and my 4 year old was treated so nice that he said "mami I wanna go back to that place. " we played games on the fest top tablet provided and he actually ate his food.
