Found a stick and dead fly in pizza we ordered June 10. When I called the employee asked if it had mushrooms and I said yes. He said when cleaning the mushrooms he had found some sticks but he thought he got them all

I had a pretty positive review before and recently ordered again but delivery this time I was waiting well over an hour the app said they were quality checking for over 20 minutes and then said the delivery guy first went to a house that was really far when I live a couple blocks away also got one of my pizzas wrong I don't care how busy you are. You read a piece of paper and then make it I don't know if 30 minutes or less is still a thing, but I definitely deserve that order for free

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered at 8:30 and the tracker shows it didn’t go into the oven until an hour later. Waited almost another hour for it to say it was out for delivery, only for the tracker to go back to quality check. Called the store to cancel my order bc I’d been waiting for almost two hours at this point. No one answered so I drove to the store. The person there didn’t even apologize for the long wait time. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering and wasting my time. I will never order from this location again.

lol they suckkkkkk; no one will answer the phone and they took 30+ minutes to just PREP the order (online order). When I showed up, they took FOREVER! dude was on his cellphone the whole time. I’d rather spend the extra money and get Papa John’s.

DISGUSTING. Undercooked dough. WAY Over-sauced. And not to mention the ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i had to call 3 times to place my order because the gentleman workout kepy hanging up the phone. And when i arrive to pick up my pizza i asked why i kept being hung up on she said “we’re real busy tonight”. But my pizza Was the ONLY PIZZA ON THE COUNTER.

Unfortunately there is nothing less than one star
I placed an order Saturday 11/06/2021 after waiting an hour and a half I decided to call your store and after 30 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up I went to the store when I arrived I saw people laughing and joking and completely ignoring the phone . I understand that it was the night of the LSU game and understand that you were busier than normal. The pizza was fine but the other items we ordered were burnt or did not have any sauce on the wings. I have called two different stores and they absolutely refuse to give you a phone number to contact a local district office

I got the 5.99 deal, but you have to order 3 or more items on the menu. Also they have curbside pick up which is very convenient. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I let them know I was waiting. I sat outside for 8 minutes and no one brought me my order. I decided to go in to find out what was going on, the 2 guys working we're incredibly rude to me and said they would bring my order out. I waited 10 more minutes and had to go back inside and again they were so freaking rude to me! I told them that because I didn't get my order in 2 minutes they owed me a free pizza..he laughed and said "that deal doesn't apply because we are incredibly busy and don't have enough people working to guarantee a 2 minute deal".. wow! Seriously! I won't be buy Pizza from here again! If you advertise on TV this 2 minute guarantee then either back it up or get everything out to your customers in 2 minutes! It's false advertising! No more Domino's Pizza for my family!!!!
