The service was terrible. The young ladies was rude. The server was afraid to give me two meats, which I was paying for. She gave me very small amounts. She plied meat on the lady in front of me. The lady was a different color from me. I felt prejudice against me. This is the second time I came to this location. The service is bad.

Would never eat there again my man and I eat there and we both got sick even before we had left the place we could not keep anything down we eat. Meat was raw and they did not even bother to inform us that it could of been cook alittle more. Called to speak to
a manager and explained what happen and the said they would call but till now no one has called or asked us anything anymore honest truth would not go back to eat there .

A little dissatisfied that while I went in for my order people came to the cashier to ask for items while my food just sat there. Have another worker deal with people that need extra stuff or attention so the cashier can take care of people in front of them.

You can’t go wrong with Chipotle! It’s the perfect place to have a delicious meal. I highly recommend the rice bowls. Service is quick and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

We've been coming here often and I've had only great experiences here, friendly customer service, sometimes the customers are wrapped around the store but they are moving the line fast. Great service at this location

This is the worst location to order ahead/pick up from. Every time I've done it, I've had to wait at least an extra 10 - 15 minutes for my food. Last time I went, a lady (who came in after me) finally asked if her order was ready. It was pulled from the back. She told me all the orders were just waiting in the back, instead of on the shelf where people can just grab and go. It seems fine to dine-in, or stand in line to order to-go, but ordering ahead? You'll probably have a wait.

Great service! Very long line (like usual) and we got served promptly. Our kids who got steak got sick. We don't eat undercooked meat and it looked medium-well. I definitely dropped the ball there. Chicken and carnitas were delicious.

I stinking love this restaurant, and will continue to eat here to enjoy the healthy food. The only drawback would be the cost, but as long as you don't get too many extras, it shouldn't be an issue. Parking can get tricky, so be careful. Ive see too many fender benders due to the high volume of traffic in this area and the design of the lot.
