I always bring my grandkids at that McDonalds because my grandkids loves to play there. Other places don't have the playground so it's entertainment for them to go to that McDonalds.
I didn't eat here but transported others who did. They really enjoyed it.
The service is first rate. They are friendly, kind and helpful. The dining area is well thought out and practical.
Ok.... In contrast to a lot of folks we stopped here for breakfast recently.
The line moved quickly. The employees were very nice and friendly, the order was correct.
All in all a good experience.

Wow! Everybody has been to McDonald's, but not everyone has been to a McDonald's in Montreal, Canada. I was surprised. I've been to McDonald's in other countries, but the French Canadians obviously do it best. The food was delicious, hot, and looked just like the food in the ads. They still have Mcwraps and the lettuce and tomato were fresh, plus they have sliced cucumber on them. The sandwich buns are croissants and they have a variety of grilled chicken sandwich options. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. It will be depressing to have to eat at an American McDonald's again.
My wife has to McDonald's app no more traveling will stop there and get our coffee in the morning works out good go and get it and keep on moving
It's a local town McDonald ,The service and food is better than in the cities in my opinion, inside lounge is clean and the bathroom is clean.
Their breakfast is always hot, correct and superb. Their dinner is also usually like this. Breakfast crew does a superb job.
Newly renovated McDonald's that is generally kept very clean. Employees are courteous and very fast. My #1 spot in Ellsworth, not to say there's much competition.
Food is always hot, I order online and very rarely have to wait very long. Order is very rarely inaccurate
Workers don't pay attention to front counter. I'm 9 months pregnant an stood there waiting to pay for my order while 6 crew members looked at me and kept working as if I wasn't there

Many fast food restaurants, McDonald's in the lead, have variable customer service. Attitudes, slow working, or a combination of those can sour your experience. But this location was NOT like that! The staff were the kindest, friendliest people who genuinely seemed to love being there, even as early in the morning at it was. And the experience was made all the better for it! The food was amazing and tasty, including having looks that almost seem like they stepped off the menu board, they looked that good! The dining area was astonishingly clean and really presentable, unlike many others we've visited. Every facet of this store should make it a leader in the McDonald's industry, since it seemed like the flagship store! Just cannot tell you any more that this was brilliant and deserves to get tons of business! Kudos to the management staff for being cheery and supportive of their workers, especially the woman supervisor working the front this morning! Nary a complaint about the food, save missing bagels, but alas, not their fault! HIGHLY-recommended!
