I'm strictly a drive thru person. They have two full size menu boards, one before you get to the mic. If someone is ahead of you, you have time to pick and choose. To me, that's very helpful and the folks at the window are super nice.

Really had a good experience, served by the amazing Nguyen at drive thru. Got my food fast and she didn't miss a single thing, not even napkins. Pleasant and cheerful as well! Thank you!!

It's a Jack in the Box. You know what you're getting. Only negative remark about it is the lighting of the signs. At night they don't seem to work so it can be a bit difficult to locate.

Me and my friends decided to get a late night meal and this jack in the box is where we ended up! unfortunately the drive thru was closed due to some vandalism that happened before we got there. assuming the lobby was closed, we turned the car around to head home, when a young man came out of the store and flagged us down, telling us that he would gladly take our order inside! while inside his customer service really shined bright, trying to take care of our hungry bellies, while also running trying to take care of their vandalized window! he had a great sense of humor and really made us feel welcome, even under the stressful situation. the food was so fresh and so so delicious! special thanks to the young man who helped us and the crew of this jack in the box!
