I usually order from the website, the pizza has always been ready when I get there.. the main lady (Susan)that’s usually working nights is always cool, and w/ all the options it’s always made exactly how I like it, especially bc they have a lot of options (I usually prefer extra sauce and it’s free so that’s nice, im usually a pretty harsh critic but I haven’t really had any complaints on this location

I ordered pizza last night and accidentally used doordash. The doordash driver ruined our food by some type of carelessness and the store made it right immediately despite the fact it ultimately was doordash’s fault. Thank you Lenny(Ledi) manager! I couldn’t hear their name right but they were awesome and incredibly sweet! We will order again soon.
Whatever driver I had was the best pizza guy in the world. He almost got hit by a drunk driver and the pizza flipped, he delivered my wings and checked the pizza and apologized even though his life was in danger and brought a new pizza in 10 minutes.... unbelievable. Thank you

After being disappointed by closest competitor, we went back to PJ. What a difference. Crust very good, We customize our pizza, so they are even better than the menu ones. Easy on line ordering.

About a year ago, I had an allergic reaction after consuming several slices of their pizza. I was disheartened, because I love their food! I gave it a year, and then decided to try again, and see if it wasn't just something else that had bothered me. I told the lady up front about my predicament, and she baked me a cheese thin crust, sliced with a carefully cleaned blade. All free. I enjoyed every bite, and never had an issue again.
Great customer service. Even though they've messed up a couple times, they are always so eager to help. I don't know that lady's name, but she usually wears eyeliner and red lipstick. Thank you!

Order is always correct and hot, had maybe 2 issues in the 4 years I've used this location and its always been resolved. I usually pick up since it's close but delivery is always much quicker than estimated time. Friendly reminder: Dont forget to tip your driver!

Your customer service sucks monkey balls big time. I ordered on line a d then called the store to make sure it wasn't to late to order. I was told my pizza was on it way and that I did place order in time. 45 min later I checked and no answer anx on line tracker said my orser was canceled. WTF why didn'your blithering idiots of employees call me? It will be a cold day in HELL before I order from this location. You seriously need to learn what true customer service is and retrain that baboons that work at this store.
