Review Mcdonald's - Mesa

Had a moment to catch breakfast here this morning. Of the many McDonald's that I've been in, this one is providing great service. Manager was very friendly and the staff work well together. The drive-thru was being repaired from a recent vehicle incident but even though that was happening the service provided to get food out was above average. I'll be coming back for a quick bite again soon.

The food was good, but I don't like not being greeted when we come in. I'm not a fan of ordering on the touch screen. We were good using it, but if we had issues, there wasn't anyone around to assist.

I don't give 5 stars ever but this is as close as it could be. I must have mumbled during ordering and my meal was missing a few things. Octavia, I guess he is the manager, fixed the miner issue very quickly with the upmost respect and kindness and then some! He Definitely goes over and beyond for the customers. You don't find that type of attitude that often. He is definitely a great manager And he deserves a promotion or raise....

Gabriela was very helpful and friendly when me friends and I were at the drive thru. She ensured that we got what we ordered and were treated with care. This type of service should be present in more Fast food stores. Gabriela 🔛🔝

My experience was amazing! I would love to thank gabriella for giving us such good customer service. This is someone I would love to share my badabababa meal. She fr the 🐐. Kobe Bryant “Black Mamba” type of amazing.

I went to this store(drive thru) cause I’m really hungry that time. The service was good, fast order. It only take me 10 minutes to get my 40 pcs nugget. 10min drive back home, nugget still warm. You can smell that aroma when you touch the nugget box. He also gave me a lot sweet & sour.

The night crew has amazing service, especially Bayside and Gabriella! They were very kind and patient with me after my long day at work! Definitely my go-to McDonalds from now on!

Shoutout to the homegirl Gabriella for the best service i have ever seen at a McDonalds. It was especially impressive considering the fact that it was late at night and near closing time. My friends and I are very thankful and will be returning for years to come 🔥

Not our favorite McDonald's but it's convenient and the drive thru is fast.

It's McDonald's. This location has gotten better. They used to always get something wrong in my order. It is much more rare now, but definitely check your order before leaving. They would have forgotten my kids' chocolate milks last night if I hadn't checked. Oh, and their coke is still the best.

Love this mcdonalds. I was told to park and wait no problem. The c a r next to me the same. The guy came out and gave her MY food. But the car said oh that is someone else's and then the mcdonalds employees gave me mine AND THEIRS!! Best day ever

Worst customer service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! Drive through took 10 minutes, when the food came out I only received 2 dipping sauces for two 10 piece chicken McNugget meals. I asked the girl In the drive thru for a couple more and she looked puzzled, took my bag and went to get the manager to help me. As I sat in front of the drive thru window with 6 cars behind me the manager stood on the other side of the window and had a 4 min talk with her meanwhile my food sat there getting cold.... The manager (Robert) finally opened the window, looked me straight in the face to tell me that dipping sauces weren't free, meals only come with two and they are $0.50 each for extras. I just spent almost $20 for food at McDonald's and they now have a limit on dipping sauces that come with the meals? I must have looked as shocked as the girl working there needing a managers approval to give me two extra sauces!!! Shocked and now mad, I told Robert that I didnt want him to lose any money by giving me those two extra sauces (must cost them at least $0.10 total) so I simply asked for a refund as I handed him the food back. Robert went to a different register and a few minutes later returned with my refund. He explained to me that the store policy is not to give more than two sauces without charging. I asked if those two $0.05 sauces were worth giving me a refund (losing the money on the sale), throwing away the food and not to mention making me an upset customer.. His reply was "have a nice day sir" as he shut the window.... It's truly sad to have an industry that demands $15 an hour when they couldn't care less about the owners investment, making a profit and keeping customers happy!! This guy is a weak link as far as management goes and will end up running this store into the ground because he simply has no idea of what he is doing!!

Horrible customer service from mgmt to drive thru. If you're going to hire teens and young adults..please teach them real customer service & good attitudes. Because the kids there have no customer service at all. Mgmt should be setting the example and yours is just as bad as the kids that work there. Plus....super sloppy made food. I won't go back...

Go to the one on queen creek this one sucks. Get a "large " fry and it if you are lucky get it half full. Horrible .

I wanted to substitute the big macs for quarter pounders like I do at EVERY other McDonalds when i go there, the girl taking my order says, we don't do that here. So I asked for a manager, that made the switch for me. Apparently they don't substitute there lol. The girl at the counter was rude and acted butt hurt after the manager did that for me. Oh well maybe you should asked before just saying no rudely
