Review Little Caesars - Mesa

Boss Lady J
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not busy thank God. Asked for a cheese hot-n-ready. They didn't have any but they had 2 pepperoni ready so I purchased both. The young man that helped me was so friendly and polite I was in and out no problem. I'm allergic to gluten so these pizzas were for my kids and it looked delicious. They did not complain one bit. And I didn't have to make lunch.

Super fast takeout, less than five minutes, made the order there to go, two pizzas in and out real quick. They didn't have any parmesan packets but for the money I'm not complaining. If you're looking for fast/cheap pizza, look no further. It's not top quality but it is top savings.

Don't walk into this location expecting to walk out with the pizza immediately. I have never been here where they had pizzas ready to go but I have also never waited more than 10 to 12 minutes for a single or multiple pizzas. I have had a couple error orders and they quickly rectified it by just giving me new pizzas and telling me to keep the old ones.

Place is alright, they seem to do a fair amount of volume and they actually listen when given specifics on the orders. I'm from Chicago, so I need my pizza cut in squares or it doesn't taste right to me and generally you need to order a thin crust pizza to get it cut in squares, seriously they become brain dead when confronted with this request at most places but maybe there a lil brighter then there other team members from other stores . Customer service was great. Pizza was quick and tasted great. From what I’ve heard they have brought in new hires and truly turned the store around!

I'm going to do everyone the courtesy of being very blunt with this review. The pizza is inexpensive and a good way to feed a lot of kids in a hurry. Note: Most kids eat plain cheese pizza but they do not have plain cheese ready to go if you just walk in. So plain cheese you have to order ahead or wait. There is not a lot of room to wait, 3 or 4 chairs, and when there are 10 people waiting be very careful. Although everyone watches out pretty good, one wrong turn and you'll be crashing into someone. There is a Pizza Portal, which is where you order online, and you get a notification when your pizza is ready. You can go in and get it out of the portal when it's ready; something to watch out for, if they are having a promotion where you get a free 2 liter, of course that will not be in the portal. Get a cold one out of the cooler or off the stacks of drinks on the wall. I hate to say it, but sometimes they do not put the crazy bread in the portal with your pizza, although reach in the very back and double check, I have never had the sauce in the portal with the bread. Maybe it would fall through the rack?, so make sure to ask for your sauce because they will not remind you. From what I have experienced over the past 3 years of going here like once a week or every other week with the staff is that that workers at this location generally like to work and will do what they can to take care of you, I think whoever does the hiring has a pretty good head for finding people to add to the crew that will keep it positive and do their job. Still, there will be mistakes, so it's best if you hang out right in there and kind of keep on top of your order. The other night we ordered from the portal and I figured something was wrong since i had been waiting about a half hour and nothing had changed in the portal, even though the waiting room had filled up and emptied about 2 or 3 times. Finally I check and in the email it said the order was supposed to be ready about 10 minutes earlier. I went in and told the employee my name and she whispered to the dude behind the curtain. He pointed and she grabbed the 4 pizzas from behind somewhere and then I had to tell her there was supposed to be bread and the sauce. Don't waste your time talking to them if you know you get a 2 liter, just grab it on the way out, they don't care. Try to stay away from the rushes if you're in a hurry or if you are trying to get a large order (4 pizza +) It always seems like something makes things take a bit longer, even if it's just pepperoni pizzas, cheese pizzas and bread. The extra most best pepperoni pizza is a dollar more but really worth the buck, its one of the best 6 dollar pizzas I have ever had. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, I can feed a family of 7 for around 30 dollars, my kids love it when I come home from work with pizza and it gives my wife a break from cooking all week without spending $80 or $100 bucks like just about anywhere else. Figure out what works for you and enjoy some inexpensive pizza. P.S. Never leave without your crazy bread, and most importantly the sauce in a bag. They will just hand it to you without a bag but never mind grabbing one if you ask, this will keep pizza sauce out of your floorboard, especially if you are alone. If you're not alone and someone can hold it, that's works too. Hope this helps Little Caesars Pizza 111 Southern Ave, Mesa 85209

Service is good but quality of food has gone down

Little Caesars the best pizza? Definitely not. But for the price, it's pretty dang good. This location is my go-to, as the one on Ellsworth and Broadway does not make good pizzas at all.

This location blows many of the others out of the water. Great staff. Very clean inside. The pizzas were ready on time.

Dear God, it was really busy this Thursday night at 7:00pm. My regular Hot and Ready pepperoni pizza was fresh, hot, and ready; I walked in and out in two minutes. My regular pizza was gooey and cheesy and had appropriate amount of pepperoni and sauce. The crust was cooked as expected and was the right kind of chewy. The Extra Most is better than regular.** There were a whole ton of people waiting on their orders but they were probably special orders and such. Don't know, don't care... I personally was served quickly and politely. Pro tip: order ahead online or on their app so you don't have to wait. They have the kiosk pizza lockers which makes special orders convenient. I did not use the online order during this particular experience.

The pizza was good, however it was not cut. The employees all had an attitude. Was told it would be about 5 minutes for a regular pepperoni pizza which was fine. I came back about 10 minutes later, all the employees acted like I wasn't there when I walked. So I waited a minute someone else walked in behind me. Their order was taken then one girl looked at me. And asked what I needed. She went to warmer. It's not ready she said. Well it was ready the label wasn't one the box yet but it had been printed so I waited another few minutes the people who came in after me got their pizza and left. The original girl who took my order looked up got my pizza from the warmer and handed me the box.

The person working the register was so rude. We waited over 20 minutes for our pizza. We had to ask them for our food and it was sitting in the warmer the entire time.

I've been to this location a half dozen times now. They always tell you 10-12 minutes until it's ready & every single time it's been at least 20 minutes wait. I get that they're busy, really I do, but don't say one thing when you know just by sheer volume of sales that it'll be longer.
