Great "Dive Bar" in Mesa. Gave 5 stars for its dive bar atmosphere! I had no food so didn't rate that. If you looking for a good "dive bar" this is it. (They have a bar patio also!)

Of all the bars I have ever been to, this place will always hold a special place in my heart. Lots of good memories of weekends spent singing karaoke or getting off work in the morning and day drinking until noon. It's been a long time and I can't wait until my next visit! Kay's was my second home when I lived in Mesa.

An absolute hidden gem! Hands down my favorite place in Mesa. Didn't know what to expect when I walked in, but music was good, crowd was fun, service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Cozy little dive bar. Friendly bartender and no wait staff. You have to belly up to the bar to get a drink. Prices are decent and seems like they have a good local following. They had Karaoke at 9pm on a Saturday night. No food or snacks served here. Parking is weird, they have 6 spots in front and several spots behind the building.

Great little dive bar. Usually not a busy night like other bars, karaoke is always fun there. Bathroom is kinda rough the later on the night goes.

If you're looking for a friendly dive, that's exactly what you're getting here. Diverse and eclectic crowd, karaoke, basic bar selection. My inquiry about scotch sent the baetender on a search that turned up nothing, but there's some mid-level bourbons back there. Friendly karaoke staff.

Yeah yeah - it’s a typical Mesa dive bar, with your cavalcade if regulars, miscreants, addicts and hobos. Sometimes the patrons are a combination of all. That said, they have a heavy pour and a great bedside manner, so there’s that.

Our first visit was great! Dan the karaoke host is profoundly able both as a host and as a singer! Terry and her staff are awesome, run a tight ship. Tolerate no nonsense. The patrons are very much regulars and are very cordial. Great energy!!! Would wholeheartedly recommend Kay's Place to any karaoke singer and we plan to keep going back to sing.

Honestly doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you get inside it is almost the perfect little dive bar. A few friends of mine and myself stopped there before a concert one night and both the bartender and the server were spectacular. Very pleasant and attenative. If I didn't live so far away I would be a frequent visitor.

I like Kays. They have beer. They have vodka too. Sometimes they have people sing into a microphone while music plays in the background. They have tv. They have pickled eggs and popcorn.
