Clean store but a short drive up lane. We had to pull up front to wait for a new batch of fries. Took about 5 minutes. But my drink was OFF so I went in to exchange it anyway and grabbed my food. Food was great 👍 👌 love the Diablo burger, double. Great service, a bit understaffed imo.

Probably one of the best tasting burger patties I have had from Carl's Jr. The Big Char Burger Green Chili the star of the burger the green chili was over cooked. It was very thin also smaller than I would like. In the promotion it shows a very nice size green chili. I enjoyed the southwest sauce. Canned green chili didn't work well they are already cooked that could be the reason this is not working for me. Thank you for trying I was so excited to try this please keep working on this to make it better.

I pulled up for lunch and saw the deal on window for a taco salad and drink. (4.99 ) at the time of this post I was hesitant to order such a meal from a Carl's Jr. I don't think I had ever ordered from the Green Burrito fused restaurant. But I can say I was not disappointed . It came in a nice box with sour cream and guacamole. i loved eating the crispy shell with the sald I think the packs of Cholula on the side were also a nice finish. 👌 great lunch ! Awesome deal . Thanks

I Believe it was the 1st time eating at a CARL'S JUNIOR. We went to the Drive-Through as we had Our Dog with Us. We Do Not have one where we have, or Currently Live. Although there is One in the Process of being Built. Aaaanyway. We had the #2 Burger Combo, as well as a couple of Jalapeno Burgers. Although I wasn't happy about Today's Prices, they seemed Comparable to the Other Chain Burger Places. I also thought the Quality of beef was Just as Good. But there was More of Everything. The Burger was Larger, even the Slices of Tomato, and Onions were Bigger. The Bun also seemed More Substantial. Overall, I was Happy with My Double Burger. As for my son's Jalapeno Burgers I Think He felt the Same. Our Dog Didn't Seem to have Any Complaints Either. As for Our Initial Impressions, Can't Wait for the Maricopa, AZ Location to Open Sometime Early 2024. Good Job Guy's

Food at this location is ALWAYS so fresh and hot and amazing customer service. Melissa was so kind and sweet tonight to me and didn't try to rush me out of the drive-thru when I asked for a few condiments. Thank you so much Melissa for the awesome service!!

Appropriate size portions, frys were golden brown and crispy. The cheeseburger was delicious and huge. Many empty tablets were not cleaned. Crew member emptying one trash barrel into another in the dining room, apparently to conserve the green plastic garbage bags. Snot, grease and slime dripping from the supply barrel into a single barrel on wheels. Done, not for making the dining room pleasant, but to save the crew member from overworking.

Went into the drive-thru on a Friday night and was greeted at the order box with high energy. Took my order quickly pull up to the window and Melissa was waiting with a smile food in hand. She made everything that much better with her great customer service food was amazing jalapeño poppers are to die for and it was the definition of FastFood in and out with fresh food.

Today was such a bad day.... then I came to your restaurant where two angels named Amy and Devon were just so kind to me that it completely turned my Friday right side up again... and on my way to a better weekend. Human kindness means so much and today they showed me just how much it really means to be on the receiving end of it :o) Thank you Amy and Devon!

Ana was the front worker. She was friendly and right on with our food. But when it came to our pretzel shake they kicked it up a notch . And that's why we love Carl's Jr. Woo hoo

When I come here it's usually clean and pretty quiet and the staff usually gets my order taken care of pretty fast. All of their burgers are pretty good I usually substitute their meat for the beyond patties.
