Ordered my sandwich for tonight and Thomas helped me. He smiled the whole time, was talkative and engaging. Out of everyone there his sandwiches are the best.

The store and your staff are amazing. However, there was some kind of a manager in there today (big guy with a mustache) that decided to throw a hissy fit in front of all the customers. He made it very uncomfortable for your staff who had to apologize profusely for his behavior. He threw something on the counter that made a very loud noise and went stomping around the store until he decided to go out the back door. You need to look into the behavior of this guy,very inappropriate. Again though the entire staff, besides that guy, are amazing.

Freakishly fast! We had to catch a movie and had very limited time to make the showtime and grab a sandwich to *cough cough* sneak in. They were quick as always and we made our showtime. Oh yeah it was delicious as heck!

The customer service and the sandwiches are great! The staff at this location are always pleasant & professional! Your customer service also comes with a smile when Luis Nuno and Dillon are working. ☺️ I've never had a bad experience and that counts!!

Walk in to get something to eat after my workout, and I order the #9. After I tell the gentleman behind the counter, Hector, that I was in the service; he gives me my order for free. I've never had someone do something like that. Hector made my entire week, with his unexpected kindness.

Got a Cubano (my favorite) and it was excellent. Sandwich was perfect. No issues whatsoever. I was missing my drink at first but despite it being near closing the driver was on it. She called and came back immediately, even upgraded my medium to a large! Super nice of them. I've had my fair share of sub-par Jimmy John's. This place is a keeper. Enjoy!

Love this place, a little pricey for cold subs. However, food wad great and came out fast. They need to make more subs without ham, beef or bacon though. Not a lot of chicken or turkey options.

Come here once a week and always greeted nicely! Sandwiches are always on point! The Manager, Hector, runs this location well! Appreciate the dynamic customer service everytime!

I went last night at 7pm (when they close) and I walked in and one guy said they were closed. One girl comes out and says I’ll help her! So she whipped up my sandwich! Great customer service and was in and out in less than 5 minutes!!! Extremely satisfied. Will be coming back to the store soon.
