Pa Pa Ya Thai Restaurant

I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt two times now. The first time I ordered pick up and as soon as you enter the establishment it’s unprofessional and unpleasant. I didn’t even see anyone until I noticed someone getting up from laying down watching TV. I stated I was picking an order and they just pointed at the bag of food and proceeded to lay back down. Today the second time, my order was approved 25 mins after I had out the order in via Grubhub (I live 3 mins away). I then call to check on my order during the time they said it would be ready and they said they are closed today and didn’t open till 2:30. THEY HAVE AN “OPEN” SIGN ON. She has nothing to say when I asked why was my order approved. Unacceptable.

1st timer. Was very pleased with our service and the quality of the food. Very good flavor, fresh vegetables, and free rice soup with our order. The menu has a lot of variety with both Vietnamese and Thai food to choose from. We spent 80 bucks total and all dishes where great!! Happy family. We will most certainly return. Excited it's only a few minutes from our home!

Had the food delivered. It was all over the place. Leaking through the bag and made a mess in my house. The door dash delivery guy said the restaurant gave it to him like that and refused to fix it (I’m not sure if this is actually what happened but hey, benefit of doubt). He said he has picked up food from this location before and the employee is always rude to him. He was extremely apologetic. Cleaned up the mess and started eating. The food is terrible. No flavor, barely any meat. I will Never order from this restaurant again. We ended up ordering food again from a Thai place we have supported many times. Thai chili and Thai spices will forever be my go to.

Unprofessional and unpleasant. A particularly painful place to pickup from if you're a delivery driver for food services, as the owner (?) can't be bothered to notice an order has been placed, thus causing delays. Often times they fail to pack the food efficiently. The only redeeming quality is that it's a small local business.

First time ordering and very disappointed. Mostly rice and noodles very little to no chicken in the fish. I could have saved my money and made some noodles at home. Also paid $8 for 2 Thai teas and they apparently didn’t pack them and delivery showed up with no tea. I called Papaya Thai and got a very rude lady in the phone who told me I would need to contact the deli wry company to get my refund even though she admitted it was the restaurant’s fault. I told her I should not be the one having yo call her reply was we’re very busy have a lot of orders things happen. Sorry but due to your customer service, incompetent food packer and my inconvenience plus the good being a 2 on a scale of 1-10 no thanks will not be eating or ordering from here again. I’ll give my business to another restaurant. This is what happens when trying to support a local small business... just ssying
