It was a really sad day when Dunkin' lost the "donuts ". I guess it's just a coffee house now? This pic was at 10:40am on a Saturday. Pretty much no donuts. By the time I get to the front of the line, someone, the manager, I assume, was taking the remaining 6 donut and sad-half-crushed-crippled
Olivia and the sweet old man in the back were super nice! Stopped by this location for drinks and mini bagels before my dance class and then came back after dance for more. The mini bagels came out hot and they gave us some donuts on the house! Definitely coming back! Always appreciate workers that
Ordered 1 dozen of donut where there is 1 missing in count. With that ordered 2 chocolate glazed donut which are actually a normal glazed donut. No receipt provided. We try to reach the store but no response!!!
Absolutely horrible service. We ordered two different types of bacon and egg sandwiches and both were gross. It looked like they took one peice of bacon and split it between our two sandwiches and they forgot to fully heat up the eggs. We ordered hashbrowns with our food and somehow they were burn
Terrible service, completely rude. Absolutely no line and they rushed my family when trying to order. Didnt care one bit when I stated they were being rude. This location is not worth going to!!
Worst experience ever! After waiting in drive thru forever. Place my order, asked for 2 hot caramel machiatos, 2 glazed donuts and bacon, egg, cheese crossaint..asked my order 2 times, said no more glazed donuts so ordered chocolate glazed instead.. Get to window, and paid..asked for my order again,
The workers were really nice and the store was really cleaned. However at 11:30 the donuts got stale and the service was a tad slow. Also a nice variety of Dunkin’ merch. Coffee was great!
I hate writing bad reviews but I have gotten nothing but incorrect orders from this location multiple times wether order ahead or at the place of business or through a delivery app. This time last year I could order a frozen CHOCOLATE with peppermint mocha and get what I actually order but this year
