Love that this place is family owned. Excellent pho! Broth tasted balanced and flavorful, not too salty. PLENTY of broth and veggies, meatballs and brisket to fill your bowl, although the brisket was cut very thin & was a little tough. Big restaurant with plenty of seating, clean tables & clean rest
Unique dining experience with friendly and helpful staff. Broth in the Pho was delicious. Unfortunately I took pics after I started eating as it looked too good and I forgot.
The oxtail pho broth delivered a delightful blend of savory flavors, and the tender oxtail generously packed with meat sets it apart, providing a distinct and memorable taste that stands out from previous experiences.
Loved this place. Tried the special fried rice and pho soup. The large Phos were huge! We will definitely be back
Happen to walk in as i enjoy trying different
types of food.Had the pho ox tail soup and is
delicious.I highly recommend Pho Leo any day very nice people too!
Don't be fooled by the exterior or the eclectic interior. The food is the true star of the show. Sure, the service isn't super warm and inviting. But they don't have to be if the soup is hot and delicious! I could eat here every day. The portions are shareable and make great left overs. Their Vietna
People comment about the inside but reminds me of the 70s. Large comfortable dining area and they keep things clean. True the servers aren't all bubbly so if that's important try PF Changs or something. The food is consistently good and being a vegetarian appreciate the wide selection of items!
The bowl of Pho and the spring rolls that I ordered were fantastic. The waitress suggested the Thai tea, but beware, it is very sweet, and two sips had me tapping out. The lighting was kind of dark, but there seemed to be plenty of space for large groups. I had a bowl of Pho with two spring rolls, a
Incredible husband and wife ran, authentic pho. Today my 4th time eating here. It gets better and better every time. If your looking for a warm, delicious meal that will cradle your soul. In a very calm, and comfortable atmosphere. Please come support these wonderful people ♥️ 15/10 stars.

They also give bottles of water when u ask for water. That's huge for me. Well be back forsure. Also open o
I currently reside in the East Valley. I always drive to Phoenix to look for good Pho restaurants. There is a full restaurant in my neighborhood but the won't open until September. A friend told me about another restaurant in my neighborhood called Pho Leo. It's located in a small plaza.

My spouse and I Love going to this restaurant to enjoy their Bon Bo Hue and Pho noodle soup as well as their not soo busy environment amd ambient setting. It is definitely a place we visit atleast every other time on all four seasons. They never fail to provide exceptional service and delicious big
Tastes great and food portions are generous (lots of meat!). Would highly recommend take out (though it's hard to get through on the phone lines when they are busy). The two owners are not the friendliest though and the place is way understaffed. Also note there is a $3 surcharge to use a credit ca
We are pho lovers who are always on the search for the best pho place around to make our go-to. This place impressed us, the food was incredibly fresh and we loved every bit of it. The portions were bigger than we were expecting though, and we were a little disappointed by the lack of basil. The ser

Hidden gem at the end of the metro line. Who knew that there was such awesome Vietnamese food truly in the East Valley. Located at the corner of Gilbert and Main it's not a trendy neighborhood, in fact it seemed a little bit shady located in a strip mall next to a pawn shop and when we first came in
