El Pollo Loco is great! They have yummy grilled chicken and tasty sides. The staff is friendly, and the food is fast. It's a good spot for a quick and delicious meal. I went with my family and enjoyed the flavors. If you like chicken, it's a tasty place to try!
Great service and food at this location. Claudia at the counter was very friendly. I tried the carnitas wet burrito for the first time today and it was very good. The place is kept very clean inside.
Ordered pozole & shredded beef and chicken grillers. Pozole is packed with flavor, loaded with chicken, hominy and fresh home made ingredients. It was a little on the spicy side for my taste buds but remarkably delicious. I could taste the tomatillos, garlic, onions, and chiles. They forgot the lime
Order from here on Uber eats semi-frequently, the food is always delicious and top notch. A complete no brainer spot to eat with great combo meals to choose from. The chicken does not disappoint!
It's fairly consistent here. The food is good. The staff could clean the floors and trash up a bit more often though. Tables can be wiped down more often as well.

+edited)I recommend to visit here only by drive-through. I came here again and dined in this time, it was little disappointed as tables were dirty and employees forgot part of my order. Foods were still good.
Overall this is a good restaurant. The food is good and the dining room is clean. We did wait for a while at the counter before anyone came to help us, but he was very friendly once he did.
Was there last night. Had a great experience, everyone was polite, food was great. The drinks were a bit flat but they were able to resolve the issue for me. The staff and Manager were real attentive
I had become so disappointed in the El Pollo Loco restaurants in Arizona. The quality was simply not standing up to the experience I've had with franchises in California. That is until I found this one.
This has been the best El Pollo Loco I've been to in AZ so far.
Extremely stupendous services. The food is amazing. The service is perfect and the employees are well taught and mannered. Amazing people. Please don't ever switch out the Maneger from here to elsewhere 🙏 🥺
