For those who don't like their salsa sweet be careful, there is one spicy green salsa but then there is a green salsa that is sweet so ask to taste them before getting it on your burrito, otherwise you will ruin your food. The burritos are large enough to share.

They finally fixed the septic tank smell that used to fill the entire front area. Food is always good though. No complaints. Prices did go up quite a lot though. Even mango salsa and other things that used to be free have a charge now. :( also I got the lunch special and it was only maybe .50 cheaper total. So not really worth it. But I do still really love the sweet pork.

Good food and service the sweetpork is so good. Gripe about their TV monitor menus are hard to view. They really need to tilt them down, near impossible to read from the order counter.

This is one of our FAVORITE places to eat. The service is quick. The food is amazing! We can all get something we like. I perfer the sweet pork salad. He likes the sweet pork nachos. My oldest just likes the rice with pork and ranch (I know... weird). My middle loves the quesadillas and youngest will eat a whole thing of chips and queso. It is really great. I WISH there was one closer to me in North East Mesa.

This place is always clean, the line is never long, and it moves quickly. I love the food and try to dine in or pick it up every Friday night. I rarely buy desserts but when I'm here I just HAVE to get their Tres Leches Cake! It's mouth-watering and delicious. They run out of this often because they make them fresh, in-house, I believe, so it's a game of chance.

Had a great meal here! I typically get the sweet pork (which is amazing!) but today I tried the chile lime chicken on a small salad and really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and efficient, the restaurant was clean and inviting, and the people I was with enjoyed it as well. I appreciate the selection of meats and toppings to choose from. Their Pico de Gallo is the best, as is their cilantro lime ranch dressing. If you're looking for fresh, definitely go here!

I love Costa Vida! We don’t have them in San Francisco so I go every day when I’m in Utah and Arizona. I tried the Costacado!! So so so good!!

Sorry Costa Vida on Val Vista & Baseline. You’re declining. You continue to get orders wrong. And you only filled the queso container to 25% full. And check out my enchiladas. Time to get some training.
Update: tonight was much better (Aug 7). Justin made our food perfectly.

Costa Vida is quite good. If you’re from out of town find a taco truck for a more authentic experience. The bbq pork burrito is excellent. Sounds strange. Just go for it.

Just had the worst experience at Costa Vida. I ordered a sweet pork burrito with rice and black beans no cheese. They burned it and had to make another. I get home and there is no rice at all very little pork and an over abundance of beans and the tortilla was so thick it was like flat bread. $10. I don’t know what happened but they used to be a favorite place to eat. I will never be going back.

We stop there every time we are in that part of town. The sweet pulled pork salad and enchiladas are very good. Prices are reasonable and staf very friendly.
