Review Olive Garden Italian Restaurant - Mesa

Wow Loreena really went out of her way to give me exceptional customer service. She had a great attitude and she remembered everything I asked for in my to-go order over the phone. I much appreciate you Loreena, thank you. (Deserves a raise) 🙂

You can't go wrong with their soup and salad. Mozzarella Sticks, Alfredo, and Chicken Margarita were great. Our server, Ben, did a wonderful job. Thank you.

We were there Sunday about 1230 and it was really busy, but we were still able to get a table quickly. The food was excellent, we each had one of the never ending lunch specials. The service was terrific, thank-you Jaydon! The manager stopped by 2 or 3 times, which we really appreciated because it gave us the chance to complement her on the quality of the food and service. We will definitely recommend to friends/family and look forward to returning in the near future.

Our server, William D. made our experience very pleasant. We had soup and salad. He put our dressing in a little bowl as one of our guest could not have your house dressing. He gave each of us a little side of house dressing except our companion, he gave ranch dressing. He was very attentive to our needs and made our visit very enjoyable. Besides your good food, it is staff like Mr. William D makes folks want to come back again and again. You have a jewel in him

I went here with a couple of friends for lunch. We were immediately seated. Our waiter, Tray T. was doing an incredible job. Quickly coming with drinks and breadsticks. The food all came out soon after. He was on top of drink refills and fixing any issue. This was some of the best service I have ever had at a chain like this!

Harry was our server and he was really nice and made us feel at home. My husband and I had a few questions before ordering and he was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back. Please keep your lunch special prices and build your own pasta price, it's helpful during inflation.

Good Italian place to try out. I loved the marinara here and egg plant too. So good. The salad dressing is perfect and comes with every entree ordered. Should give it a try. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

We had a great experience for my daugters birthday and our server Ireland was great. We definitely loved this location. The manager personally came over to fix a very minor issue with the gift card I redeemed on my visit. I will definitely go back to this location in the future!

We had a delicious dinner here last night. We had Monica as our server. She was amazing. Her entire section was full the entire time we were there and she was so positive, informative while handling all of us. Thank you MONICA!

It's more than a year since I've been to the Olive Garden near me (Southern in Mesa). Today was Columbus Day & you can typically count on the chain restaurants to be open 🙂 I tried the never-ending salad and pasta option since I was dining alone, it seemed like a good choice so I could take home leftovers. Everything came out timely and although the restaurant was busy, service was likewise timely and cordial. Because the restaurant was busy, I was actually seated in a room where I was the only occupant. Good news for me was I was able to dine leisurely without any fuss and noise surrounding me 🥰

The food was not what it once was. Everything was kind of bland. The salad was good but why only iceberg lettuce? There are many greens to choose from. The bread sticks were barely baked and greasy. The cheese is put on everything by the server if you wish. I won't be back.

It's a great place. They do make an amazing Italian margarita... love the soups, salads and main dishes....Have pretty much received great service, and always had a nice lunch from the take home from my meals...

I ordered carry-out, first time ever from OG and this location. Start to finish, top notch and food was great. I just have one suggestion, please go back to your awesome salads...discontinue using the core of the lettuce :(

Ordered The Stuffed Shells With Shrimp and was totally blown away by its taste. Only waited 10 minutes to be seated which is relatively quick for Olive Garden. Our server went above and beyond with making accommodations for some of the dishes we had ordered for the table. Would also like to mention that it was a Very Clean Restaurant.

This was probably my 6th time to this location, usually me and my kids go around 9pm this visit my daughter took me to lunch so we were there around noon. There wasn’t much of a wait to sit and once we were seated our waitress(Jennifer) came right over to get us drinks. After getting our drinks (very quickly) she asked if we were ready or would like a few minutes my daughter wanted more time so Jennifer said she’d go ahead and bring breadsticks out. She did and gave us each our own dip for the breadsticks then took our order. She came over to our table at just the right times to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. She was SO attentive and sweet!! She even gave us extras of our entrees (to go) which was super sweet of her. She has by far made our visit to this location the best experience and I really hope to have her as our waitress again!! It’s so nice to go to a restaurant and have a waitress who likes their job and is good at it! I so appreciate the people working in this industry and when you run into waitresses like her it’s something you definitely remember and need to brag about!
