Review Rodizio Grill - Mesa - Mesa

Exquisite dining experience yet again! The salad bar had everything from olives, various pasta dishes, and breakfast items as well. Erik, our server, was on point throughout the visit. We loved the grilled pineapple, parmesan encrusted meat, and spicy chicken. They have quite the selection. If you can, save room for dessert!

Just about the cheapest all you can eat churrasqueira I’ve been to. Staff was great, if you wanted certain cuts brought back just ask. Everything was cooked well but my focus was the picanha and the feijoada with rice. Clean place, would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for all you can eat.

Everything was absolutely delicious. I tried every meat they brought and all were delicious. my wife and daughters seemed to like the glazed ham the best. I liked the garlic steak the best but the sweet n spicy chicken was also great. Even if you didn't get the full rodizio but you got the unlimited salad bar you'll still be satisfied. there are a lot of great options at the salad bar that aren't just salad items. there is a delicious seafood pasta salad, meats, cheeses, dressings galore, cheese bread, French bread, great battered fries and mashed potatoes etc. I tried the imported Brazilian dark beer and it was pretty good. My lovely wife had some kind of fruity adult beverage I don't recall the name of. They even honored my daughters odd request of root beer with whipped cream on it. This place is great but not a bargain.

I like Rodizio Grill to a point where I went twice. #1, a friend of mine took me for my birthday, and then I took her for her birthday. The foods was good, along with the atmospheres good. The only thing when I made my reservation at 7 PM, by the time I got there which was a little early they didn’t have my reservation on file so I ended up having to wait a little bit longer than expected. But other than that he was good.

A family favorite! This restaurant is definitely on our normal restaurant rotation! Had a great time tonight! Love the garlic steak! Another must try is the sweet and spicy chicken! You can't go wrong with all you can handle meats and salad bar!!

My husband brought me to this amazing restaurant for our 9 year anniversary. It's definitely one of the most unique dining experiences that I have ever had! There is such an amazing and wide variety of salads, meats, and sides at this restaurant! The atmosphere is unbeatable and the service was top-notch! I love this restaurant and will make the drive from Prescott, AZ down to Mesa to eat here again in the near future! The cuts of meat are mouthwatering "amazingness". :)

Great value for the $, I found my dining experience to be comfortable and enjoyable. All meats were cooked perfectly and seasoned as such. The hot sides were great and the Caipirinha's was strong and tasty. Service was awesome and the wait staff was very attentive to my needs.

The food and service were, as always, excellent, but our dining experience was marred by waiter Nate's refusal to properly accept the Rodizio's eClub offer coupons of $15 off on two full dinners. He claimed that the coupon was only valid for one dinner per visit, and we would have to use the second discount another time, even though the coupon clearly specified $15 off on TWO dinners and that it was void after use. One would think that on a dinner tab totaling more than $400, the restaurant could have afforded to honor the additional $15 discount.

1st time at any Brazilian steakhouse, loved it. Food, service, and Paradise ice tea.

Very unique dining experience. Highly recommend you try it out. Be sure and make a reservation. Emily, the hostess was very cordial and came to the table to make sure everything was OK for our meal. Great service!!!! ❤️

Food was delicious - I grew up with pineapple, so I wasn't impressed, until my family convinced me to try it.. AMAZING. The salad bar area had so much variety - it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The staff was SUPER friendly and good looking! Our waitress was gorgeous!! That has no bearing on the food, but true none the less.. We went there for a birthday, and they made the birthday girl feel so special - even though many other people were there for birthdays as well!! This was a tough day of being in the children's hospital most of the day. We wanted to end the day by relaxing with good food and I couldn't have been happier with coming here. Can't recommend it enough.

Great and fun atmosphere! Delicious and scrumptious food!!! Loved eating all the amazing cuts of meat – beef, chicken and in particular the “lombinho” (pork) was incredibly tasty! Sweet and moist pineapple on the skewer – my family and I are completelycrazy about it! J  Loved all the variety of side dishes (fresh salads,rice, feijoada (slow cooked tender meat with black beans), mashed potatoes, stroganoff and more…they even had mac’n cheese – my boy's favorite!); endless servings of pao-de-queijo(authentic Brazilian cheese balls!).  My special limeade drink was just so refreshing! Wow, EVERYTHING WAS MARVELOUS! Thanks for making special memories for my family and I – will treasure this experience for many years to come! It was the best Mother's Day celebration I ever had!  See you all again real soon!  We are telling all of our friends about you all - Keep up the Great Work! Muito Obrigado! Tchau! :-)

Amazing service, amazing food choices, all around best all you can eat Restaurant we've ever been to!

We had a great time. I received this experience as a gift from a friend. The meats were delicious and cooked very well. We all loved the grilled pineapple. The service was slow but very friendly. The meat servers were very accommodating as my wife enjoys the meat well done. Getting her more cooked options. Very pricey but something to experience.

First time going to this restaurant and it was not the best service or experience. It was a party of five and the reservations was made a few weeks in advance just to be safe and it was on a Saturday at 6:30pm. We arrived a few minutes early and checked in and was told about 10 minutes until our table would be ready. Instead it was about 30 to 45 minutes until we were seated even after we asked them how much longer it would be after waiting past 10 minutes. Other parties arrived way after us and was getting seated besides us. Finally being seated, which we were crammed in to a corner table where NO AC was blowing in the area and we were all sweating already from this Arizona heat. Waited about 12 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order and after that we went to the salad bar and already started our meal and half way into our meal no drinks ever arrive. Finally another lady came by and asked us if drinks were already ordered and we said yes and we still haven’t gotten our drinks, we only ordered water and three drinks from the bar and yet nothing came for about 40 minutes. After receiving our drinks we never seen anyone come by to refill our water or asks us how we were doing or even ask for a second order from the bar. Also the flow of the meat being served was so unorganized and did not have a good flow whatsoever. And we kept having the same repetitive meat being served to us and did not get many variations at all. Plus some of the meat that came to us was not hot at all just warm. The plus on this is the salad bar, I enjoyed the many varieties that they offered. But that is the only good thing about this particular place. I would not be recommending this place to anyone I know, I would recommend going to another well known Brazilian steak house with better service for their customers. **Update** After posting our first time experience here, the general manager and I communicated and I was impressed with how much they care and want to correct and improve their customers dining experience with their establishment. My family and I decided to give it another try, and we all felt it was a much more pleasant this time, granted we went on a Sunday evening. They even accommodate to us bringing in our stroller due to that we have an infant this time, and they were kindly enough to remove a chair at our table to make room for our stroller. This time our drinks came to us in less time then before and this time we had many choices and varieties of meat that came by and we were very pleased, on top of that it was hot/ warm and not cold. And the salad bar was very well maintained and all of the sides were fully stock. Also we ordered desserts this time and it was delicious and able to see the dessert display prior to ordering it gives a good visual on how big or it looks beforehand is a great concept. We appreciate that they do care on customer experience and pays attention to customer satisfaction so we will definitely be returning to this establishment.

This was a very special dining experience. You go to the buffet to get your side dishes (which are delicious by the way) and once you are seated waiters circle from table to table to offer most delicious meat options. If you have never been at the Rodizo Grill you have got to try it. I absolutely loved it!

What a terrible experience! My wife and I visited tonight for dinner and man has this place changed. We were sat in-between 2 tables we all had the same server. For some reason our server only concentrated on those 2 tables. We were literally ignored for most of the time she was our server, zero refills, zero along if we needed anything etc yet the tables on each side of us were receiving the Royal treatmentp. She just would walk from the table in the right, skip us and go the the table in our left. If it was a prank on the it would of been funny but when you're spending $100 plus on dinner you expect a certain amount of service. Then on top of that we waited over 26 minutes just to get some beef to eat. Really it was like our table was invisible or bring filled to see how made guest would get by being ignored. They would only bring 2 options to our table to eat pineapple or chicken/chicken hearts... Then the female server that had been ignoring us went to the table on our left and told them she was going home and we have a new server, then skipped our table and went to the table on the right and explained to them she was leaving and introduced the new male server to them. Then turned to us and said "this is your new server" the end and walked away. I tried to get the make server to summon a manager but to no luck, and I never seen one walking around the dining room either. Then somehow the server that left added a dessert to our ticket me that if course we didn't order. So to that was removed. I'm thinking the server told the manager our issue as when he came back he have it's a $15 coupon for the next visit LMAO...... Umm told server no thanks we won't be back (we come here at least twice a month) as the manager couldn't be bothered to talk to us face to face. Terrible customer service all around. At least the male server actually checked on our needs etc. I felt a little bad about not tipping the male server, but he told me I couldn't tip him alone as they pool their tips so he got zero as he said he'd get fired if I tipped him personally! That's ridiculous as a shitty server and uncaring manager cost this guy some tip money! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family, Co workers, and clients to not visit this establishment.

Update: We've been back twice since this review and it was very good both times. I realize that service is the key factor as the salad bar and meat are consistently good. When the server is competent and attentive, it's a great dining experience. We've been to Rodizio in Mesa more than ten times since they opened. Initially, it was amazing. Just a great experience with wonderful food. Terrific salad bar with many delicious hot options and unique salads. Fabulous warm soft cheese bread served at the table. Huge selection of meat choices frequently offered. Loved it many times! We always make a reservation. Recently, service has become very poor. Last visit we were seated on time but then waited 20 minutes for any type of greeting, water, cheese bread or anything! Server (Savannah) didn't seem to know we were there! Nothing was ready on the table. Each time we needed anything, we didn't see our server anywhere and had to wait to request what we wanted. When we FINALLY got water and cheese bread thirty minutes later, the cheese bread was hard as a rock and completely dry. We asked for fresh and that was delicious when it arrived. It was not overly busy in the restaurant yet the meat service was slow and repetitive. Many options were NEVER offered. We used to LOVE going to Rodizio, but they really need to focus on service....and offer the complete list of meat options to every diner. I hope things get better and they hire some competent servers/management. Our server was probably the worst we've experienced anywhere. The food is very good but if you can't get it without asking ten times and waiting twenty minutes, it's frustrating and not enjoyable.

Took the wife here for our Anniversary. We were both blown away with not only how good the food was but the service. The place was only about a 1/4 full so we saw the waiters every few minutes. It's a little pricey but for the quality of food and service it's well worth it. We read a lot of reviews and I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about. The waiter could have literally put his balls on the table and I'd still give this place 5 stars. We will definitely be back! PS. The bathrooms were spotless, and smelled good!

We had an amazing time at Rodizio. The food was top quality and the service was amazing. I didn't like everything, but I tried almost everything. And since you can ask for a small amount when trying something new, it was perfect. Also... for you gluten free people... they have a ton of options (even a cheesy bread!!! What!!?). I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

First, let me say that I am rarely one to leave negative feedback but this place was a huge disappointment! The atmosphere was not sophisticated and reminded me a lot of a cafeteria. The noise was so loud that I could barely hold a conversation and our service was terrible. Our waitress dropped off our initial drinks and then never appeared until after dinner. The food was average with minimal options. I ordered a cup of ice cream for my daughter and it took nearly 20 minutes to come out. I have been to several other Brazilian steak houses and this restaurant is by far the worst. Never again.

We were very disappointed in this place. All the meats that we had been served were over cooked, dry and flavorless. The yucca bread brought out was horrible. We won’t be coming back to this place.

The food was Amazing!! Loved all the meats and especially the chicken with barbecue sauce, the beef was like butter, salad bar was great and pineapple was delicious too. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

We came on a Monday night at around 6pm. Several of the salad bar area and other hot dishes were empty and never refilled during our time there. There was very limited meat options, like 5 or 6 and it took a long time for them to come around. As a large party of 9 we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity, but when we couldn't even get water refills from our waitress the service was way below par. Maybe because it was Monday it was a bad experience, but we paid full price over $400 for 9 people, we should have received the full experience.

Don’t waste your time or money. I’m not a picky restaurant person usually but this was very very disappointing! My Dad picked this restaurant to take my mom for their 39th wedding anniversary along with my Grandma and us 3 kids. We have been to other Brazilian steakhouses and expected similar but this was not even comparable. The atmosphere and style is more of a quick dining, cafeteria type restaurant and it was SO loud we couldn’t hear our waitress or hold conversations with each other very well. The salad bar and sides were mediocre and the meat that came around was all pretty rare and fatty. Luckily I like more rare meets but other family members don’t and most meats didn’t have a more well done section of meat. Also, the waitress can’t help with anything other than checking on you two times for drinks. We will not be coming back.

We love this place. It is a bit pricy, but for what you are getting, it is worth it. Good quality food and nice service too.

Perplexed.... did not have reservation so understandably had to wait a while. After waiting 20 minutes another family of 3 checked in (not sure if they have reservation or not), we all waited an hour before the other family was seated, and we continue to wait. Since they were seated first, I would assume they had a reservation, but that would also mean they waited an hour to be seated even with a reservation � hopefully the food will be worth it.

The first time I went to an Brazilian Steakhouse was Texas de Brazil In Schaumburg, Illinois for my Brothers Bachelor Party. I’m not one to be impressed by anything but that place really did impress me. And I’m not talking about the people in suits or dresses but the way that they served the meats and what they had at the salad bar. So... when I came back to AZ... I wanted for me and my family to try one out. They don’t have Texas de Brazil out here but they do have two that I found out about. We thought we would give Rodizio Grill a shot. And.... it was well worth it! Tons of different meats... chicken... sausage... ribs... pork and God knows what else came out. Everything was so very delicious!!! The salad bar rocked also! The Fried Bananas and that Donut Puff Pastry dessert thing was AWESOME!!! I’m definitely gonna come back here again. 😊

Bathrooms apparently rarely get checked, used toilet paper onthe floors in the stalls. We went in for our first visit to celebrate our anniversary. It wasn't busy, we had to wait 3-5 min to be seated. Upon being seated we again waited for about 10 minutes. Several employees had walked by, yet no one said anything or stopped. We informed the hostess that no one had stopped at the table as we were leaving. Didn't even offer to get someone or even a manager. Would not recommend going here. Customer service is definitely lacking.

While visiting our son & his family I told him to pick a special place to celebrate his mom's birthday. This is the place he chose. Great selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience from the moment we walked in to when we eventually walked out. Besides the various meats being totally awesome, the staff was most gracious and attentive. A couple of times we asked for something specific and in moments there it was. We come out here at least once a year and will definitely put this down as a must!

Great food and excellent wait staff. Have been to a few of their other locations and this one holds up to the high standards the other rodizios have. Have been here more than a few times and will continue to come back!

Great place to eat. All you can eat meat and soooooo many different kinds of meat. Tried to, sirloin, robs, chicken, sweet and spicy, prime, and so much more.
