Great spot for vegetarians! Their noodles are to die for and their vegetarian pho is okay but their other tofu/vegetable plates are totally worth it. They also have a lot of vegetarian options so if noodles and soup is not your thing they also have fried rice.
Broth is tasty, staff is friendly and connected to to the market. Grab a bite and grab groceries for the week. Can’t beat that!
Unfortunately I have previously not had good pho at other locations, however I decided to give pho another try.

One of my favorite Vietnamese spots in town. Great pho, best Banh Mi I've ever had, great egg rolls. Service is good too and it's clean. We drive from Scottsdale once a week to eat here and then walk around the market.
My first time having these types of vietnamese sandwiches and it was fantastic! The beef and oxtail meat inside was nice and tender. The homemade butter inside added a great compliment to the meat. I used the broth as a dip au jus and it was 👌🏽great and filling for the price. The service was great.
