Great food! Service was AMAZING. My kids had never been and they were so pleased. We all left full plus with doggie bags. Brought home carrot cake, Oreo cheesecake, and salted caramel cheesecake. They were all delicious but the Oreo is always my favorite.

Food here is always consistent and the portions are definitely very big (great for sharing or leftovers). What I did want to highlight was our amazing server, Jeremiah! He did a fantastic job and was constantly on top of making sure we had everything we needed. He’s definitely a very kind and charismatic employee and made this experience today fantastic. Thank you, Jeremiah!

This is one of our favorite places. The food is good, the service is great, and even tho the menu is extensive there is no bad suggestions here.
I did Find a place however that is just up the street, OSG which the plain cheesecake is far better than any one here. (Not just my opinion either)

Great place it has really improved since our last visit. The service was great and very polite. We also had an excellent meal brought to us with minimal waiting. The downside is the actual portions, and the gourmet food isn't really there, but it is still a lot better than what it used to be. There is no real need to dress up. I saw a lot of people wearing whatever, but that may be because of the location. It's in front of the mall so as restraunts go after walking around the mall it is a great stop and kind of refreshing.

My first experience at Cheesecake Factory! Oh I have missed so much having never been there! Starting with the delicious hot bread and butter, a wonderful fresh salad, and yes .. mango key lime cheesecake, which was absolutely sublime. Mouth is watering as I write this 36 hours later! 😋

The Cheesecake Factory is one of those few restaurants that never fails to bring you back for more! They have a huge menu of mouth watering options from appetizers to desserts! They continue enticing you back for more! The servers are friendly, yet professional, and are very willing to please you. I did have an issue with my quesadillas being too spicy, and the server was quick to offer a different entree! How often would you feel embarrassed if you weren't satisfied and wished they would offer you a replacement? Here, they offer you a replacement without you asking for one! Although the prices to me seem to be a little higher, it's not for kind and amount of food they offer. I wish the cheesecake slices were $1.00 to a $1.50 cheaper (I'm sure they would get more dessert orders), I'm still willing to pay the price so as not to miss my dessert!

My husband and I had a gift card and was finally able yo go to the Cheesecake Factory for brunch.
My husband ordered the Brunch Flatbread which we both liked.
I ordered the Skinny Turkey Avocado sandwich which was good.
Service was great; Tony was our waiter and was very nice and quick.
Food was a little more than we would normally spend for brunch. We had a $25 gift card and it was an additional $20 not including the tip.

I will never understand why they need such a huge menu. I guess it balances the 37 choices for dessert just a bit. The food is decent. No idea why it is all so high in calories. They have a "skinnylicious" menu, which was actually pretty good. I had the white chicken chili. Not sure why you go here in the first place if you are counting calories, nothing about "cheesecake factory" screams "healthy".

Had a birthday celebration card went and had lunch Fish N Chips. They were very good hot tender great fish crispy and fries hot and great! Good ice tea and beer on Tap. Desert cheesecake was excellent. First time there my server Saundra was excellent and helpful. I will go back and for brunch too! . Brought home food to go to my Mom. Great place. Very very Happy
