Unfortunately, I went there the day before they were closing for a 2 week vacation. I ended up throwing everything away. It was cold or very greasy - not at all their typical food.
Since then we’ve ordered from there again and the food was back to its typical goodness.
As far as fast-Chinese food is concerned, this place sets the bar. I've tried numerous dishes and even the duck sauce, mustard sauce and egg drop soup has a homemade spin on it. You won't find better in central Brevard. I write this at my own expense because they are already busy and i expect during busy hours they are swamped.

Best Chinese food on the island. Family owned. They work hard, like a well-oiled machine getting everyone's meals out on time.
Shredded beef Szechuan style was delicious. Next time I will ask them to make it extra spicy tho and then come back to add the 5th star.

We had the orange chicken, General Tso chicken,beef and scallion dumplings,crab Rangoon,spring rolls,and fried rice with chicken-shrimp-and pork.
The chicken was very fresh tasting and looking-white meat chicken and the flavors were amazing.
My kids thought the dumplings were out of this world as well as the rice and spring rolls.

Interesting Tiawanese take out. Most of the soups are light in color, It taste good, but not used to seeing this compared to typical Chinese style places. The Triple Crown vegetable dish is my wife's favorite. Nice light sauce with crisp vegetables. We tried the beef with broccoli which was much more broccoli than beef in a very salty dark sauce. It was good with the fried rice when in combo to tame the salty sauce. I was not a fan of the shrimp with garlic. We got it mild but the shrimp was tough and the flavor was off to me. I will say the spring rolls are excellent. Crispy, light and tasty. Overall it was not bad. It is different than standard Chinese which can be a good thing. Just go in knowing that, so you are not surprised by the presentation and flavors.
Probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The general tso was cooked perfectly and the chicken tasted so fresh . The bbq chicken on the stick was my favorite. The dumplings are very good as well. All and all everything was great and fresh . I highly recommend this place !
I love this place! Tried it for the first time tonight. 3 meals, soups and appetizers, all were delicious! I recommend pan fried noodles and hot and sour soup, my new usual.

FINALLY some good Chinese food that rivals my favorites back home! I ordered the Sesame chicken, Singapore Mei Fun, and Chicken Lo Mein and it was all excellent. Will be back for sure.
Literally the best Chinese/Taiwanese restaurant in the area. Hard to find similar food of the same quality without driving to Orlando.
I've been coming here a few days a week for the past 18 months. A great family-owned business with good quality food, not your standard washed-up Americanized Chinese food joint.
Be sure to get their lunch specials which run before 4 p.m., a lot of food for a great price. Would recommend to anyone.
I'll try to upload pictures next time. But what I love from Chi Lin is that their menu is small and to the point. Good lunch choices at a great price. You can pick an on the go if you're in a hurry and call ahead with your order. Now these place is more of a hole in the wall so don't expect a big eating area with free unlimited soft drinks. No buffet, just a la carte choices.
Standout among takeout! Fresh ingredients star with great flavor and balance. Obvious professional and talented staff. Will only be eating Chinese cuisine here from now on.
