I have ordered from Mr. G’s far more then I’d care to admit and have been satisfied every time until tonight. I called in an order for a chicken finger dinner, a sub and mozzarella sticks. When the order arrives I realize it’s missing the sub. Annoying? Yes but not the end of the world, mistakes happen. When I call to let them know it was missing, instead of trying to fix it I was told I was wrong and I didn’t order the sub. Apparently my plans for tonight were to sit at the dinner table and watch my wife eat. Mistakes are understandable and happen for any business but the terrible, rude customer service was unappreciated and unacceptable.

Great little pizza shop in Merrimack. Bartenders are friendly. The pizza is great and surprisingly it has one of the best burgers in town.

Clean, quick, polite and great food. I had a marinated chicken club with onion rings and they were excellent. I will be returning for another great lunch.

Stopped in for lunch, ordered a small steak and cheese sub with onions and mayo. Sub was cooked fresh, hot and was delicious. Portions were good for price paid. Friendly service and staff.

Mr. G's is usually great. Not today, first I had to "hold" for quite some time. When the girl answered, she was very snippy. She took my order then left for a moment and when she came back she repeated the order and it wasn't my order. Gave order again. When we got there was told they didn't get my order. Had to put the order in again. I got an eggplant calzone and it had very little eggplant in it.
