Five stars for Cooper who was very professional, kind and thorough in serving us. Kitchen staff needs training on professionalism and how to speak properly to their team members. Guests in the dining room can hear you, even the ones in the back tables of the restaurant. Thank you, Cooper, for providing excellent service and caring so much about your guests. You're going to go far, kid!

The worst fast food experience ever! The woman taking orders was flat out rude. Horrible attitude. First got rude because I didn’t say what size I wanted quick enough for her. Asked for a receipt was told the receipt machine was done. Ok well I didn’t hear the total so I paid but ask for the total again so I knew how much I just paid. She asked like I insulted her she slammed the window and storm off. Asked for sauces and was ignored. If I treated someone like that at my job I wouldn’t have one we’re all short staff but come on.

I ordered Buffalo Chicken sliders from the drive up. When i got my order and looked at it they only had a Peice of chicken that couldn't even cover half the bun. So then i went in to say something and show them. They said oh is that a problem i said ya were is the chicken? They end up replacing the sandwichs but the boy working did not seem to get want was wrong with the sandwichs. Really would you send these out to a customer?

Manager was rude yelling at his employees when I was dining in. They called him over there and his name was kj to help with something and he was yelling at them because he was busy having a conversation with a friend in the dining room and was complaining how he cant even handle his personal business without being interrupted. Made my 9 year old uncomfortable. Will never return
