Two excellent servers, cooking, taking orders and packaging it up for take-out. The food was excellent. Fried just right and fresh for each order. Completely worth the wait time. We will be back!
We order catfish fillet to go I didn't go in he ordered. He did ask if I want to eat there I said no I want to be comfortable at home and eat but the fish was good and the coleslaw, 🍟 as well.
Heard great things about this place. Bought jumbo shrimp and ocean perch. The shrimp were huge. For a pound, we got about 8. The perch came with three nice pieces and fries. Seems the breading is corn meal based. I liked them both a lot. The shrimp are not tail on, so you can really enjoy the entire
Yummm. The Jumbo shrimp from this place was great. It taste like the old Shrimp Express in Calment City. It was only a 5-7min wait for 1lb of Jumbo shrimp. Total price was $21. Get 1/2 pound if ordering for just one person! Definitely a hole in a wall, but a great one. Please note: Cash Only!
EXCELLENT LAKE PERCH!!!! We got a lb. of it and STILL had 2 huge pieces left for the NEXT day...!!! That was $15 ish...!! Their coleslaw was good AF!!! Go HERE... NOT SHARKS!!!!
Manager and his wife yelled insults to me because I was parking in their lot and didn't see them trying to pull-out of a lot that's not theirs . I've been buying their shrimps for years. Never again. I'll go to Johnathan on central Ave, theirs are much better and they don't bully their customers.
Food is good but customer service needs lots of work. There is a fee ($0.70) to pay with your debit/credit card. So I have e to pay extra to pay. In this day and time who carries cash.
The jumbo fried shrimp were outstanding! Large, sweet, not greasy, and crunchy! My 1/2 pound contained five jumbo shrimp!!!!!
