I waited over a hour for one meal. My break was then over and I wasn't able to eat today. I understand that everyone is short handed but that's way to long to wait for a sandwich! I tried to talk to the manager and she wasn't able to compensate for anything and just continued to say my order was still being delivered. Just really disappointed I'm not going to be able to order from this location anymore. Don't order if you don't have over a hour to wait. Also I would put no stars if I was able.

If I could leave one star I would. I don't think I have ever had a good experience here. One time they didn't even put meat on my sandwich.. and when I called they said they would refund me and never did. This time I have been waiting 3 hours for a sandwich. Called once and they said it was out for delivery. An hour later I called again and they said the same thing, giving me no other offer or remedy for the situation. When I asked why they don't have something listed on their website about longer than usual wait times? And why they advertise that they are "Freaky Fast? The woman's response was, we took that off of our website. Check my photo of their business description below. The biggest issue is not owning up to it or even offering anything for the inconvenience.

All staff was very unfriendly and unpleasant. I ordered two veggie sandwiches and was sent home with one veggie and one roast beef sandwich. After driving back to the store to return the roast beef sandwich, I received no apology and no compensation. I did receive a new sandwich on hard bread. I will never return to this location. Do yourself a favor and eat next door at Red Nar instead. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly and will appreciate your business.

Wish I could give this place a zero. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Customer service does nothing when you complain. So I ordered delivery which took over an hour when calling store about my food I was hung up on. I went to the store to just pick up my sandwich the so call female manger was so disrespectful and rude o asked if they could just make my sandwich. She told me she can’t give me anything it’s out for delivery. The whole thing ended up with us arguing and her trying to fight me. Than they called the driver and had the driver go back in my place of work and take the sandwich of my desk while calling me names And talking about me to my co workers. Now fast forward a week later my other co workers try to order from this store. They proceed to void the orders and when my co workers call To ask about they food. Jimmy’s Johns employees tell them they don’t deliver to bobs because Brittany threaten our employees. That was my last straw with them now they employees and slandering my name. I again call JJ customer service they took the compliant and do nothing. The owner never reached out from the first Incident. I have reached out to the BBB and a civil lawyer for the slandering of my name. Worst JJ ever.

We had trouble deciding and the staff helped. He was very professional and patient, thank you for the great feast. The only thing i would improve is more smiles, from the staff towards customers or between each other. We can see that even through drive thru.

This will be my last time ordering from this location. I have ordered here for about 5-6ish years? And it's only gone downhill. Today, I ordered online for delivery at 12:37 and did not receive my order until 14:17. I tried calling the store to see what was going on, but could not get a hold of anyone. I had to call their corporate helpline to see where my food was. They should change their slogan to Unbelievably Freaky SLOW delivery.

They seem super understaffed and overworked. Came in to make my order around 12:50 on my lunch break and was told they only accepted pick up orders, went to the drive through to wait and sat there till 1:10 hoping they'd at least have that open but no dice.
