Taco Bell

General seating are was clean. Restroom clearly have not been cleaned in weeks stained and smell. Food had burn dust from kitchen area not being kept clean cpuld see food on floor in back area where something as simple as a broom would have helped. As I ate watched in the kitchen area employees where using gloves when handling food which was good to see.

Terrible, and has gotten worse over time. Today the food was inedible. Tacos were super soggy, crunch wrap was wet and didn’t hold its shape and shells had a chemical smell like old stale cardboard or something exposed. Lettuce had an old wilted texture. Overall food was also cold and under prepared. I am very hesitant to eat here again, at least not for a long time until they can improve.

Really friendly compared to all the other Taco Bell’s this one is connected to KFC same employees order and prepare the orders for these employees to be to two jobs at ones 👏🏻 y’all are pretty awesome being able to do twice as much as others but do it with a smile on your faces have an awesome attitude hope you get paid for everything you employees bring to the table for those two businesses….. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After giving up on this place, I haven't gotten any KFC in months, probably close to a year. I thought just maybe things would be better now with new management. I don't know why I kid myself. Ordered an 8-pc original family meal with an extra order of 2 large Mac & cheese. Everything, 2 mashed potatoes, coleslaw, & Mac & cheese were all only half full & Mac&cheese was scraped from the bottom of the pan. 7pm, called & spoke to the manager. She offered to replace them. Great! I'll run to get them quick so we can enjoy the meal I just paid $35 for. Nope! She said "not tonight. You can get them tomorrow cuz we don't have enough." What??? So what happened is that you shorted everybody on their food to make that pan get thru. Wonder what happened at 8 or 9. How much food did they get?? The kicker of it all ... say down with our disgusting mac & cheese & tiny portions of potatoes, opened the 8-pc bucket of chicken & found 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg, & 5 wings. I'm soooo done with this place.
