The place is old so the really enforce the rules. The food was excellent considering is a fast food. The employees were pretty nice and helped me out with my orders in a timely fashion. I would say it's pretty good for its age and location. Gets 5 stars from me.
They are usually fast and busy. Make sure if you want food don't go there too early as they will run out of things quickly. Not sure if it is the person who orders too little or doesn't make too many things but usually it seems they run out of things quick such as caramel and certain food as well.
No drive thru, not a high volume store. Can be slower than others. Never had a bad oil taste here though! Fries and nuggets are always fresh when you order 40!
I placed a take out order in the store. 2 double cheeseburgers no pickles or ketchup. I ended getting single burgers instead. I called the store and spoke to the manager and explained that I’m sitting across the street and that I cannot go back to the store for at least an hour. She apologized and took the order again and told me that someone would be here in about 10 minutes with the correct order..... FANTASTIC!!! Never experienced customer service like this before..... THIS WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK AGAIN......great customer service...!!!

Came in on a Tuesday evening near Virginia curfew time. Was on my way to work and needed a little evening pick me up. Their menu screens were on the fritz so couldn't see any prices. I did see a sign for 20 piece combo and since I needed something quick and easy, the McNuggets were it. They made the nuggets fresh as well as the fries.
There is something special about freshly made food. Perfectly salted and to wash it down with sweet tea.
What can I say? I'm a simple dude with simple tastes. Sometimes you just need a 20 piece nuggets, fries, and sweet tea to make you feel like the king of the world.

This may be among the smallest McDonald's I have been to but it was a good visit. The restaurant was properly secured for Covid precautions. The front counter has plexiglass dividers.

It was the young lady that helped me she went above and beyond the "Call of Duty" to help me therefore she was Excellent! I went into the store around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday May 29, 2019. Also I never research service like that before there!
This is what ALL McDonald's should be. Warm, friendly, fast food. The food at this McDonald's tastes GREAT! It's a good little gem of a family place...what they all used to be. Take me home and never change y'all.
Lets see... very hot day working around doing onsite services. A quick stop here and ask for a frape but with extra shut of expresso ;-) and they said yes no problem

Everything was fresh! The place wasn't crowded. They don't serve chicken strips anymore. They still have chicken nuggets though.
It's a small McDonald's the staff is friendly and they get the orders done quick and right.
It's only a McDonalds Express. Small but efficient. Great for quick pickup and go. Lots of parking all around.
