Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's in a weird place as if it's in an apartment complex and so the parking is a bit congested. But the hotel room was clean and comfortable. I wasn't fond of being on the 5th floor and having to take a couple of trips down the elevator to get some extra items. I'm used to being in a one to two story hotel. But I would stay there again if I visit the area again.
I would give more stars if I could. Everyone was so nice. The room was quiet, clean, well apponted, and comfortable. I was there because it was close to the hospital where my husband had surgery. I mentioned that to the desk clerk at check-in. He excused himself and went into an office for a couple of minutes. When he came back, he had a get well card for my husband signed by the manager and a couple of other staff. I was very touched. If I'm back in that area again, I will make a point of staying there.
Prior to this partcular visit to this property, I had never had the beauty of staying at a Courtyard by Marriott property.
Recently, I was in the Washington D.C. area, and chose this particular property as my lodging of choice amidst a weekend visit to the area.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was met with a relatively impressive lobby that is for certain up to that of Marriott standards for Courtyard properties. I was also met by a relatively benevolent front desk attendant who helped to check me in, who did so relatively quick without intuitive distraction.
The room itself in which I stayed in was amazing, and in itself relatively large for that of a 1 king bed room at this property, the room I stayed in also had a sleeper sofa, but we only utilized the said sofa for sitting and consuming meals. The bed in the said room was also extremely comfortable, and also had ample space for not only a single person but for a second person to sleep on said bed as well.
This hotel is oriented in a prime part of that of the D.C. metropolitan area, and is also conveniently oriented to that of several restaurants, small businesses, and even a Harris Teeter, which is convenient for those who do not want to consume food at the on-site restaurant. It is also close to that of the Dunn Loring Metro Station, which is good for those who have no desire to drive to D.C.
Overall, this hotel for its price was amazing, and it was also an amazing option for me in particular. I, for certain, will return to this hotel the next time I am in the general area. I also recommend this establishment to those who are looking for lodging in the D.C. Area.
Hotel reception and staff are attentive and warm. Hotel clean and environment calm and well-maintained inside and outside. Bed was very comfortable. Room very spacious. It's nestled into a beautiful area. Plenty of parking below ground.
Wonderful layout. Convenient to everything. Plenty of room to work, both in the lobby and in your room. Garage parking. Nearby parks and attractions. For Meeting Rooms and events ask desk for Oliva 🍀.
Very helpful staff. However, the room was small. The storge locker was great and walking distance to grocery, shopping, food, and orange metro line. Also, there is plenty of parking .

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel has a bistro on site with good breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. There is also a bar downstairs. The on-site underground garage is nice and safe.
Several restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate area. The hotel is within walking distance to the Mosaic District.
We haven't stayed in a Courtyard for a long time but our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff are friendly, willing to help, often with a smile. The location is conveniently located with easy walk to Metro. There is a grocery store just across from the hotel, short walking distance to Target and a lot more restaurants in an upscale Mosaic District.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants a safe, clean stay with easy Metro to DC.
Convenient location, clean all around. Disappointed at the prices in the lobby restaurant. Used to be most hotels gave you some type of complimentary breakfast or at least coffee. Not here. Prices for everything were outrageous. $18 for a breakfast burrito? Only had Starbucks for coffee.
Room was very clean, Keurig style pods for coffee in the room. A/C worked great. Large screen TV in room with a nice mix of local and cable channels.
Excellent hotel for the price. Great location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we plan a return trip to the D.C. area.
This is a great hotel in a great location two blocks from the Dunn Loring station, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, and restaurants. Note the Dunn Loring Metro station is closed for most of June 2023. If access to that is important, verify that it is open before booking a room there.
Really liked this hotel. The rooms were so clean along with the hotel lobby and dining area. You can tell a lot by the staff members attitude as well as the cleanliness of their lobby. They had a Starbucks downstairs that served breakfast to order as well as a market shop to purchase snacks or drinks. The room was so spacious and well stocked. I had no complaints at all. We could walk 15 minutes to the Mosaic district which had lots of shopping and dining options.
I stayed here for a few days for work. The room was very clean and housekeeping provided service every day of my stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. There are restaurants and a Harris Teeter across the street within walking distance. It is also in close proximity to the metro. My two complaints were the fact that they do not offer complimentary breakfast and that the pillows all seemed to be on their last leg. It was hard to sleep comfortably without firm pillows.
