Buffalo Wild Wings

As we just came in no one was there to greet us also it took a while to be seated and there were not that many people there. The food came out a bit cold, the food took forever to come out. The server was ok but definitely seemed like she had to many tables to adequately provide great service. She even had to have another person take our appetizer order. She said there was a new kitchen staff and that is what took the food so long to come out. I would recommend if the food is going to that slow to come out have a manager come out and check on tables and apologize for the wait. Other restaurants do that major chain and I appreciate it. Also neither the server or anyone else came to clear our table a bit from empty drink glasses or plates. Overall not a real good experience. I think a front of the house manager could of been better on top of all this so it would not happen to others.

It was a Fri night so they were busy, but it still took a very long time to order and even longer to get our food. Then they had to remake my burger, I asked for no cheese and no sauce. It came covered in cheese. I had to wait again. Then when it came back out it had tons of sauce on it. By this time we were done with the waiting and I just ate it. But they didn't add the bacon to my burger or chicken to our nachos. All in all a disappointment

Listen, I don’t like to complain but the server, Jessica seemed uninterested and irritated. My bf ordered a top shelf ice tea but it was disgusting. The server also gave a snarky remark on his Id photo saying he looked like he just woke up. This was not said in a joking tone. The parmesan garlic wings weren’t bad and neither were the Caribbean jerk but it was very vinegary. This could be the expected taste though so I’m not upset about it. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and the waiter threw them on the table without asking if we needed anything. Again, a little thing but still kinda rude. Biggest issue was I was ripped off. On the menu it said one ten piece wing was 11.49 but when I received my bill it said they were $21 and my bf wings were $29 we cannot figure out why we were up charged and what for. Overall not a great experience and I won’t be coming back.

It was ok. The whole experience could have been a lot better. The restaurant ran out of tea period, didn't have any diabetic friendly options for side dishes, the wings was slightly burnt and hard, and the waitress was not that friendly. We asked for 2 totally different kind of wings, and they merged them together on one tray where the sauces mixed in the middle. This gave some of the wings a weird taste. Me and the party I was with felt rushed out of there. Not my best experience, but it's Meridian, MS where customer service stinks.

Worst almost service ever. I understand restaurants are short handed. But there is no reason to set at a table for more than 10 minutes and not even be greeted, let alone have our drink order taken. Only 5 or 6 tables in restaurant had people. Food runner stopped to watch basketball while carrying food out. Voiced my concern to staff up front, didn't seem to care. Would not recommend this restaurant.

The worst service I have ever received. I guess they just hire anybody because our server was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to help us at all. Got seated and it took 30 minutes for her to even take our drink order. When she did get our drink order it took another 15 minutes just to get that to us. Finally actually got our food order and it took another 30 minutes just to get it. And it was not even good. Don’t waste your money.

Decided to go here for a night out with friends, we we were seated soon as we walked in. However, everything after that was terrible! This was the worst service I’ve ever had in my life! We didn’t meet our server until maybe 15 minutes after sitting. We never received our drinks, other tables were served before us, food was cold and some of us didn’t even get food. After asking for the manager multiple times, no one showed. The server was VERY VERY rude also.
