Wingstop

Do not order thigh bites. Regular wings are so good & always on point but the thigh bites we wanted to try & are absolutely disgusting!!Literally nothing but breading even when you get a thick piece it looks like it will have chicken, NOPE all breading & grease! Stick to just classic wings. I don't even know why we spent $50 on this. So disappointed!!

This was a frustrating experience! It's the second time I have come to this location and both times have not been good. First of all the wait time is way too long. It was a 30+ minute wait to get 8 wings. That is just way too long. Wingers is always around 10 minutes so this is a real problem as their competitor and the ambiance isn't nearly as good as Wingers either. The second problem was the soda machine was empty of Dr Pepper, Sprite and Coke. Multiple people kept telling them it was out and were told that it was being fixed, but at least when I was there it was never fixed. And, I got soggy fries. There is nothing worse than soggy fries. Then lastly, if my wings would have been juicy and succulent, I would have overlooked the rest. But, they were dry and chewy with very little taste. This begs the question: Why would I ever go back? I can’t think of one reason especially seeing there is a Wingers just down the street with a much nicer dining area, you get your wings in 10-15 minutes and not 30, and they are juicy and delicious.

These guys are freaking cool!!! The first time I ever came in, Casey was working BY HERSELF, handling so many orders. And she had the best attitude and made awesome wings!!! The food is absolutely delicious!!! Better than buffalo wild and way more personal!! I'm hooked. You gotta try them out!!!!!

Placed an online order, went to pick it up, paid for it when I got there and the nice lady that it should be right up and they'd say my name...they were a little busy so when they said other names I didn't think much of it..till 15 minutes went by and I got back in line to see how much longer. I get up there and the guy was like oh its been ready..it has now been 20 minutes and I asked why they didn't say my name and he goes "well how am I supposed to know that you were here" all of the food was cold and he didn't care at all. Didn't even want to talk to me about and became very rude. I used to enjoy their food, but I now go elsewhere due to this experience. They could have at least apologized about it, but no..just attitude..

Ordered online and it said it would be ready for pickup in 13-18 minutes. So we drive down there only to have to wait an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes to get our food. Because of the wait everything is now soggy and cold. I honestly would have been better off just making the wings at home. We have ordered from here before and had similar experiences. This was our final attempt with this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and literally go anywhere else for wings. Management can't keep the food and service at acceptable levels.

We did not receive the correct order (carry out). Upon calling them to ask if they would rectify the problem I was greeted with a holding line message for an exorbitant amount of time (10+ minutes). The wings we did receive were definitely delicious, but not what we ordered and in far less quantity.
