Dunkin'

The worst Dunkin’ place ever to come for a drink. The lady server was so rude and didn’t even came to the register to take our order. She even called the person who was trying to come to us from driveway lane and take our order. They shouldn’t keep the door open if they cannot server the Customers in store. Never have I ever has this experience in any dunking. I would give negative star if I could. Never coming back to this place. BTW I am posting it from the store after patiently waiting 15 minutes to come and take our order.

Today was their grand reopening event. They had coffee puppet to take pictures with and were giving away a coupon and a trinket neither were offered to us as potential customers or after being customers. They did take a picture of my daughter with the puppet and probably used it for their own advertising purposes. I wondered why we not offered free stuff. We saw other people going in and were approached and given a coupon. Hmm, only thing I can think of is we were not White. We even spoke to the people at the booth and still nothing!! Unbelievable! You should be ashamed of yourselves DD. The reason for the 4 stars is because store is beautiful and upgraded.
