New Owner, New Vibe, Hot Subs (finally) After being closed for a month, I drove by wanting lunch and saw the neon sign was on. I went inside, and didn't recognize anyone working there. I could see one guy was clearly in charge, taking inventory of everything, like he had a lot of work ahead of him.
First time to mercer island and visited subway today. I order my favorite meal cold cut combo. I was greeted by sandwich maker Alex who provided me excellent customer service and with one of the best tasting sandwich with fresh ingredients. Next time I go to mercer island I be going back to this
Very bad customers service. Here on 5/5/19 at 10am. The worker was very rude to every customer including myself and the Guacamole I got on my sandwich tasted rotten. Cookies say "baked fresh every morning" the cookies were as hard as a rock.
Bad service, rude employee, bad sandwich. I did not know Subway sandwich can be so bad. This place should go out of business sometime soon. Highly recommend to eat somewhere else ( Starbucks near by is much better choice, even McDonald's would be much-much better!)
