Mcdonald's

I used to blindly trust McDonald’s drive-through but it’s literally been years since they’ve filled my order correctly and/or completely. (I go once or twice per month) It’s not like I order complicated things. Perhaps it’s just the rush. Perhaps ordering for a family of five is just beyond their reliable capacity. But always check your bag before you leave the drive-through window.

We pulled up at 10:30 on a Sunday evening. They close at 11. Ice cream machine was down (honestly that’s not what the review is for cause isn’t this always the case?) We tried to order a large French fry. “We don’t have any fried right now.” ?!?!?! I have never heard this as an excuse at a McDonald’s before. We drove away with no food.

If there is one thing McDs should be known for it's consistency. This particular drive thru experience was just stupid. Waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes before order was taken. Ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 shakes, showed up correctly on screen. Paid at the 1st window. Get to 2nd window. Waited. Kid comes up, asks what did you order? I repeated order. Minute later I get the shakes. Another minute later, I get a food bag. Open it up, only burgers, no fries. Call the kid back, said I still needed the fries. Waited another couple minutes get the fries. Meanwhile, I can ironically see the display on the register with motivational pictures talking about order accuracy and such. Get home, and the burgers were fully loaded, not plain. This type of thing happens too often, and isn't limited to McDs.

I live right down the street from this location. My nephew always orders a 6 piece happy meal. Multiple times it was only a 4 piece chicken nugget. Staff is really rude and unprofessional. 4/11/22 update :: This place is still ridiculously horrible. No one here works or does there job. I have tried contacting the manager but it doesn’t matter. I live right down the street from this location and it is absolute garbage UPDATE 4/18: MY NEPHEW IS AFRAID OF THE CHICKEN NUGGETS. MY NEPHEW WILL NOT EAT THE CHICKEN NUGGETS ANYMORE.
