Avoid this location at all costs. We had the worst experience here today at lunch. We were missing 2 entrees from our order so we called to let them know they were missing. The employee stated that they put them in the bag and that we were lying. You really think we want to go back out on the cold to come pick up the two missing meals? No. No apology or anything. Just accusing us of lying. Will be speaking to corporate about this horrible experience. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

Door had sign saying 'Online Ordering, No dine-in.' Doesn't say no take-out, door is open, so I enter. 3 members of staff are standing behind the counter just talking. Eventually someone behind the counter acknowledges me with: Them: "Did you read the sign?" Me: "Yes...." Them: "Sign says 'Order Online', there's no dine-in." Me: "Ok, but I don't want to dine-in, I just want to do take-out." Them: "Yeah, you can do take-out, but you have to order online, the sign says that." Me: "But it doesn't say I can't order in the store and do take-out...." Them: "You need to order online." So, moral of the story is; the chicken place next door has great sandwiches, also serves mac and cheese.
