Posh Bagel

I usually always go to Bagel Street Cafe across the street because they are a thousand times nicer, but there was no parking today so I went to posh... in the past posh staff has always been rude but today the lady raised her voice almost yelling at me to pick a cream cheese. Totally threw me off guard and I don't know why she was so irritated. When I got home I realized they messed up my order and over charged. The man that works there is also very rude. Won't be coming back! If you're reading this and you're looking for good bagels downtown Menlo Park, go to Bagel Street Cafe! They are soooo nice and friendly. In writing this review, my mom reminded me that a few years ago one of the employees at posh hit my mom with a mop in her back and never apologized. Other employees saw it happen and also did not apologize. I will not be returning here, even if it’s more convenient. That is how bad their service is. Bagel Street Cafe is ALWAYS the BEST!

We are a couple of Italian tourists and we went to the Posh Bagle in Menlo Park. I was very happy to try it but once I entered I was extremely disappointed. I state that I did not order but my husband who is a native speaker and even so the saleswoman who served us seemed to pretend not to understand and treated us very badly! a rudeness that a person who works in contact with the public should not allow himself to have. The other orders were also not the best but at least not so rude. I was a Nespresso store manager for 10 years and I would never have tolerated such behavior. I will never set foot in your shop again even if the bagle are really good, but the customer comes first ... too bad

Great lunch bagels and within biking distance from Stanford campus if you're willing to take some extra time. Bike racks on the South-East corner of the restaurant. Very friendly staff and clean place! Take the bike trail directly west of the hospital, passing through the neighborhoods is a calm ride over to Posh.
