Ordered a meal for dinner, it came with a drink. I Opened the lid to eat some ice, ( because that’s what I like) and ended up seeing this bug in it. 🤢 I dumped it all out. Disgusting.
This may have happened because they don’t clean very well or they don’t clean the ice machine well. Whatever it was… that’s gross and I shouldn’t have to worry about having bugs in my order…

Food was salty. Service was ok other than I had to stand in the drive thru to get my order, because I have an 18 wheeler.

A small black ant crawled out of my nacho fries container. Now scared the eat the rest of my food. May have been sitting out for a while as they were dry. And did not get the nacho cheese.

what you people need to realize Is that the taco bell lobby is specifically closed because they are a smaller business, and they cannot get approved for opening just yet because nowadays the new variant of covid is going around. It's for your and our safety, not for you to come in and talk down on us because truckers can't come inside. That's how it is for EVERYONE. I LITERALLY work here, and it's hard to run a store when the manager is barely 20, and the RGM is barely even there in the first place. The lack of employees is morale crushing and with each day that everyone works, it's just another headache for us all because most of the time there are 4 to 3 employees working per day. At most, 5. All together we have lost 3 employees this month and nobody wants to work there due to the lack of employees. See the issues here? We still greet customers with smiles and at times good conversation and small talk, were not bad people, it's just that we got the worse end of the deal when it comes to management and as well as location. Only one manager there can fully run the store.. So, give us a chance, and before you give us a one star, think about this review, or at least think about what might be going on inside the store. The manager has is hard because sometimes he has to become cook AND manager, and also work the drive thru and times. Nobody should or should want to do that. WE ARE HIRING DESPERATELY. IT (probably) DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE WORKED HERE BEFORE, ANYTHING HELPS. EVEN ONE DAY PER WEEK. 12 AN HOUR.

I don't understand why you can't eat inside when 1 block away there's a restaurant that you CAN eat inside. The drive thru had 3 cars and it took 15 min to order. So slow. Food was just ok. Now I remember why it's been 8 years since the last time I've been to Taco Bell...👎
