Taco Bell

Everytime I come here Waylon is an absolute delight. Super respectful, super nice, and most importantly lets you know what is going on throughout the whole process. Definitely the best Taco Bell worker I have dealt with being a delivery driver. Mr. Waylon definitely needs a raise because he is a great example of what an outstanding worker is.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, my order is wrong or my food is skimp. If I’m wasting money for food here, give me a an actual burrito. This was a beefy five layer… Or what was supposed to be one. This explains why they have no real customer pictures on google. Only pictures that are staged to look like proper amounts of food. I understand that sometimes things can get overwhelming in the fast food place or that sometimes mistakes happen but if I wanted something that small off the menu I would have got a cheese roll up and added beef for a dollar and some. Not only that but almost every time I’m on the way out after a very long wait in the drive thru, I am missing a part of my order. While I understand mistakes happen, this frequently is embarrassing. Paying attention to your customers orders should not be that hard. Not to mention wrapping it how it should be rather than putting sloppily wrapped tacos in the bag. Well, you aren’t the ones eating it so who cares, right? Taco Bell is not what it used to and has gone way down hill and I doubt I will be eating at any location again. This by far is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to though.

Real bad experience! Spent 20 minutes in the drive threw. Got to the ordering speaker and I was told they couldn't receive anymore orders from the drive through! I was told I needed to go in and order! Mind you there was 3 vehicles in front of me and they were all waiting for they food! 20 minutes later I finally got to get around the building to go inside and place my order. The soft shell tacos were stuck to the wrapper and there was so much grease in the meat I've been up since 3:30 am with the diarrhea!
