I normally go to Allstar but my mom wanted try here. Nice lady took order. Whole Wings had good flavor, good size but was pretty pricey 10 wings $30. $10 more than where I normally go.

The best wings I’ve had since living in Memphis! The sauce was perfect and man do they cover them. Not to mention the wings were tender and cooked to perfection. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

The "hot" wings were seasoned slightly different than I'm accustom to with a slight hint of sweetness, but were very delicious with a great price. I called the wings in and they were done in a timely manner. The Wing Factory is a quaint place and does have TV's and seating. The staff were friendly and working quickly to serve everyone. Most people were carrying out their orders, but I chose to dine in. It is self serve drinks. I would have given this place a 5 star based on the Wings alone, but I did use the bathroom and it could have been cleaner.

Ok yal know I'm a tough cookie to please but the wing are really good and a nice size the garlic parmesan and season wings was so good and boy you have to try the loaded fries it was good also this is a must try spot my 3 kids enjoy it and the people are so cool the owner was there to greet and talk to my husband for a min great to meet good people who make your food and OMG the cookies are to die for

Today, my order was better than the last time I visited. I'm not sure what oil they are using to fry those fries but it's definitely time to change it or invest in another brand. My fries were disgusting. The were extremely dark brown and nasty. I ordered a 20 piece whole wing (cook correctly--last time I had to send them back; they weren't done) they only gave me 2 rolls. The wings were really good this time.

Oh. My!! The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The cook prepared our wings perfect and we really like that there are good choices for sauces. We ordered the Orange Mound, Honey gold, and Hot and as wing aficionados, these rank supreme! We also ordered the catfish with fries (crinkle-my favorite) and slaw. This was my cheat meal for the week and it was worth every calorie!!! Thank you for excellent service and tasty food, we WILL be back!
