Incredibly friendly staff, excellent selections of ice cream. You won’t be disappointed by going here! Price ranges from 4-10+ dollars per person deepening on what you get. It’s great to have this place back in Memphis. Be warned their is no seating except for two outdoor tables. Go and enjoy!
This was the Graham Central Station in a regular waffle cone. It was absolutely delicious! The guy working was very friendly and didn't make me feel bad for wanting to try half of the flavors on the menu. I debated where to go get ice cream to celebrate some good news and I made the right decision coming to Bruster's. Be mindful it's more like a stand, and there isn't an interior to go sit down in, but there's plenty of seating around the area.
Ice cream is AMAZING! Customer service is friendly 3/4 of the times. the reason for the low rating is portion size. 1/2 the time they do it right and 1/2 the time your scoops are the size of a Mellon ball.
Edit: 7/08/18 They have fixed the portion size quality control issue IMO.
We went to Bruster’s on their opening night. We were greeted by friendly staff, and they had a great special running through opening week!
We have had Bruster’s in other states, and we love their ice cream, so we were so excited to see one opening in Memphis! The ice cream is amazing, the staff are friendly, and the location is great!
I've never had a bad experience at Bruster's, and the ice cream is always phenomenal... If you get a chance to try, definitely do, you won't regret it! This time I had the white turtle and loved it!
I love their birthday cake ice cream! It's literally the best I've ever had. Buuuutttt I went there today, August 17th, 2019, and they have signs that day "We are permanently closed". Now there's no Bruster's anywhere close to me!
Came in with my sister and dog since it was so hot out. They offered me a doggie scoop for my dog! I didn't know they did that. 10/10 Would recommend to everypne. Their ice cream is way better than most and is way cheaper too!
Staff is always friendly and they offer samples. My favorite is the cookie butter ice cream. They also give out a free Puppy Sundae with purchase, which is my dog Winston’s favorite. Only down side is very limited seating.
Fantastic ice cream and fantastic service. SO glad to have Bruster's back in Memphis. Absolutely the best ice-cream in Memphis. The staff was so friendly. We even bought a pint. Highly recommend this location!
First timer! Staff was friendly and welcoming! The staff will let sample any flavor! I got the banana pudding ice cream, very good! A must try!
