I visit this Frayser Blvd location on 11-21-21 for breakfast around 9:30 am I know I waited in line for at 30 minutes or longer just to be served along with other cars when I did make it to the speaker to place my order the female cashier wasn't to pleasant didn't Apologize at all for the long wait. Then I hold to hold again in the middle of placing my order... I wait for about 7 minutes for her to come back to finish my order so when I get to the to pay its a female cashier with a pink jacket poor customer service. PLEASE TRAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLEASE FIX THE WAIT TIMES..

Slow service, were out of a lot of things. Waited for 25 minutes just to be told they aren't able to make my order. Also SLOWEST cashier I've seen in my life

I pulled up to this location at 8:40am and the employee stated they where out of ALL THE BREAKFAST ITEMS. I was puzzled. I asked the manger how can you guys be out of product at this time and she laughed and said she don’t know. Please fire the whole store

Hands down the worst Wendys operation I’ve been to. Waited at the widow for a few minutes for someone to help me complete a door dash order while a line of cars piled up behind me. Then proceeded to tell me I have to get back in line and wait behind other customers that were ordering because I “lied” that nobody was behind me.
Management was very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend wasting your time and money here.

With the Pandemic like it is. McDonald's have always been closer together than we thought they should have. Wendy's should now at least consider building more locations or opening up a location or two in a building near. It would at least take some of the people from one spot to the other. Or in My Honest Opinion, make a location for The UberEATS, Postmates, GrubHub or Door dash.
