Hot Wings Express

I decided to order some wings and the lady who took my order over the phone was completely rude. I decided not to go because of her attitude over the phone but was persuaded by my husband to go He gave her the benefit stating she may be having a bad day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I went to pick up my food. When I arrived and went to the pick up section everyone look at me and turned away. No one acknowledged me from the time I came into the door until the time I decided to leave. Everyone was serviced but me. I was done with them as I had experienced a similar situation with them in the past but my husband decided to give them another try. When my husband called a week later to order wings the lady taking the order had a nasty attitude with him and rushed him the entire time he was on the phone. After taking his order she hung up the phone without getting his name or phone number. This company will never receive my business again as they use to be my favorite wing place.
