I actually enjoyed the pizza, and papa dias. Their cheesy bread sticks are always good. I didn't expect much because I didn't have my order placed at this location. For some reason the website sent my order to the germantown location. But, I was able to void it. Then I ordered here. Everything came

I ordered 20 pizzas for work. They had my pizzas ready on time even though there was a minor glitch. The service was great and the staff was excellent 👍👍👍
I tried the Cool Ranch Papadia and it was awesome. The food was hot and ready before the estimated time. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I ordered online so when my order was ready, I was in and out.

The is a great little place. My pizza came before my delivery time. The driver called and notified me he was at my house very polite. My pizza was great perfect. Nothing negative here all positive. Keep up the good work!!

I use to not like Papa John's pizza until I went to the Mendenhall location the pizza is great the people where courteous enough but I was in and out within minutes this is the only place I will get a pizza.

No customer service issues like other reviewers. However, I order online. Have ordered delivery 3+ times. Nice drivers, pizza has been great 70% of the time. Occasional bad batch.
My pizza is always fresh when I arrive. The only down side is that they don't deliver to my location and I'm like 2 min from the place. I do understand though because it is in a really crappy neighborhood and they are just looking out for themselves
I ordered two pizzas from this location right at dinner time on a weekend, and, I expected to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour. it was delivered in less than 30 minutes! Very impressive!
