Review Logan's Roadhouse - Memphis

SALAD & A SIDE OF RUMINATIONS: the Caesar Salad w/Salmon was good along with a glass of blackberry tea. The building sits near a major thoroughfare and there is plenty of disabled parking upfront with a wheelchair ramp. The layout includes a bar area separate in its own area so as not to disturb guest in the dining room. It also allows for quick seating if you don't want to wait for the dining area. There is also to go order parking upfront for quick in and out if you order ahead. Happy Hour is between 3pm - 6pm. Enjoyed the meal while talking to the nice bartender. Two things out of this conversation stand out the most; her insight on the other side of the customer service experience and her thoughts about the importance of what starts at home and how it can carryover into who we are later in life. A great message coming from a generation many have written off as not understanding key values. The customer service experience should in my perspective be a two-way street and as I listened to her, I gathered that she had her share of interactions that were not reflective of this philosophy. What sealed that impression was the behavior of a customer that happened to display the very form of a lack of understanding - we all share in making an experience not only enjoyable for ourselves but more over a respectful one for the service provider, realizing that people sometimes have off days but it should not be the norm. That is what led to the second point, that she succinctly explained as she talked about her son. Great mid-day wind down spot while enjoying the Olympics. Good food, nice gathering of people and good service.

Always a decent value on good food and, when you sit at the bar the service is always great too!

Today was raining and the waitress made me some coffee and put a pot of coffee on the table for me. Food was great I could not eat it all. Nice big portion sizes. Will be back again.

Had the express Salmon n baked potato n my friend,Grace had the express Meatloaf with baked potato..it was pretty good.

Went there for lunch with my daughter. The service was excellent. The waitress was really nice and made sure we were taken care of with anything we needed. The steak was perfectly cooked. Loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli were delicious, not to mention the hot rolls, makes my mouth water just thinking about those. I would definitely recommend it.

Very good ribs and corn on the cob and macaroni and cheese.

Logan's was cool atmosphere was really laid back. I was upset about the temperature of the food. It was if the food set a few minutes before delivery upon the table. I loved the hot rolls now they were good hot and fresh. It's wasn't a bad experience. That drink was pretty good too..

The food was great! I had nachos but I had a hair in it the first time but I kept my cool! The manager had another sent my way quickly and it was on point so I gave it a second chance. I might have to come back.

The waiter was fantastic!!! Tall skinny young man did not look at name tag. He might be gay not sure. But he had the the best attitude was on point I ordered sweet potatoes but was thinking baked potatoes he asked me 2 or three times if I was sure. So when my one brain cell started ticking and I saw I messed up he was not rude about it at all. He enjoys serving people and that I really appreciated.

The Hot Yeast Rolls, we received while the steaks were being cooked, were really good. And we ate a few salted peanuts, just throw the peanut hulls on the floor. Overall the food was good, the service was good. The only complaint was for 8pm the music was so loud you had to shout across the table to have a conversation.
