I was having a horrible day and needed a nice pick me up and they greeted me with smiles and conversation while waiting for my drink. The Mexican mocha is an amazing drink and mixed well. Cute store with great coffee on Poplar Avenue! Prices are almost equal to Starbucks but the taste is way better. I ordered blue suede macchiato and enjoyed every sip. Their have wide range of cup collection, which is a really interesting decor. I have been here few times and always enjoyed my visit.

I really, really love this coffee shop. I guickly quit Starbies after my first visit because it's THAT GOOD. I'm also supporting a local business which is always a plus! I do agree that lately, there have been way longer wait times, and the staff is always super apologetic. More frequently, they've also closed abruptly due to technical issues, staff, or whatever reason. I used to look forward to collecting my reward points by ordering thru the app, but I don't trust it anymore... I hope this is just a temporary growing pain or something, because I really love this place and just wanna see them thrive. Strong 4 stars for my years of loyalty for this place.

Pretty good little coffee shop. Decided to try the snickerdoodle coffee. I liked it and appreciate that I can get soy milk as an alternative. I also had the hummus with carrots (not pictured.) I only wish there were slightly better snack options. Other than that, I see myself returning here.

We were visiting from out of town. Absolutely love this coffee shop! Delicious espresso. A wonderful, warm and friendly demeanor from the staff. And some hella good tunes playing! It's a winner. And I can see why it's gotten so many local awards.

We wanted a good coffee were it was made right. This was the place. Me and my wife got the Caramel Macchito. We both on wanted one pump of vanilla a extra shot and whip on top. We got that. Thank you for a wonderful first experience.

A tiny, cool cafe in Memphis area. I was the last person ordered a large mocha through driveway, before they closed for the day. Being a very late hour, there were nothing left to eat, sadly! The coffee was good. I am going back soon.

My favorite Memphis coffee joint AND it has a drive thru and patio! Great flavors and quality coffee. Try their mocha as its a unique bean and chocolate! The inside is super quaint. Not overdone. Definitely quirky and memphian!

This place is so cute! It has patio seating as well as a drive thru. The service was amazing ! And it was so cool in the inside! I had a snicker doodle latte which was amazing

Had the blue suede macchiato, the lemon matcha croissant, and a dragon drink. I really liked the coffee. The croissant was super yummy, wish it was stuffed with the lemon matcha topping! The only thing I didn't really like was the dragon drink, it was bitter and tasted very strongly of tea. Everything else was good though.

The best cafe in Memphis is Ramblin Joe’s (Ugly Mug). The hot and iced lattes, frappes, and muffins are stellar and delicious. I would recommend any of their frozen coffees, especially the Heath and Buttermoon frappes. They are my favorite treat! You can’t go wrong with their seasonal drinks either.
It’s a very small shop, and so the seating is cramped. This is not the spot to study or do anything other than wait for your coffee. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a big group of people!
However, I would recommend coming to Ugly Mug if you’re looking for wonderful coffee drinks, pastries, and friendly staff!

Best coffee and customer service. We wanted extra hot coffee so we requested them just to microwave but they prepared whole new cup of hot coffee and there response was so good. Would suggest everyone to try out ugly mug/ ramblin joes coffee..

If you’re looking for somewhere to sit and talk with a friend, THIS is your place! It’s compact, and the sweet aroma of coffee easily lightens the mood. Last night, I was very pleased to speak with Rebecca who made my first-time very enjoyable. She went one-by-one and explained each thing on the menu for me (which I’m very grateful for.) You’d be lucky to have her to prepare your drink! 10/10, for the experience.
