Food was great. The initial employee that took our order was very kind. He even gave a 2 yr old with us a strawberry lemonade which she dropped on the floor. Everything was going well until the manager came out to the dining area. She was very angry about something and 'told' us four to move from where we were eating. She was loud, vulgar and was very ugly to us and other employees. I will never go to Popeyes again.

I came in at 8 pm with an online order. I have a wife that is 27 weeks pregnant. It’s my first and I am not prepared. I made the mistake of leaving off a side of Mac and cheese. Thank the lord for Irvin(hope I spelled that right). He told me it was no problem and joked with me about the situation. He offered me a sprite for my wife, and for my wait. I can honestly say in the past five years of going to this location this is the best customer service I’ve ever received. Irvin went above and beyond not because it was his job, but because I feel he knows human empathy. This is someone you need to keep and hold others to his standard. In my fifteen years of restaurant experience I have met a handful of Irvin’s. They do not come often. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

It took the place of the one that shut down near me, only because we had no choice. But none of the others chicken will ever be better than the one on Perkins, Spite what was said. That situation was handled poorly.
Needs to reopen with the same crew. And let people know it's open next time, since it opened last week and closed the next day. A little upset.

The male that took my order was very patient & understanding! I hadn't been in there in awhile but a friend wanted popeyes & she treated me. Customer service was just as good as the food!!!!

I'm not sure why but the drive through was redirected for customers to come inside. The speaker was working. Other than that, the service was great and the food was good. I love the chicken sandwich with the sweet heat sauce. I felt like the baked mac and cheese portions were to small. I expected it to taste better than what it did. Chick-fil-A Mac and cheese is way better! I can't believe I'm saying that.

God bless this Popeyes team!! They are always short staffed, but they care about their customers and work hard to show it. They are so friendly, courteous, and you can tell they love working there and helping people. Local manager: you should give your current team a raise—and maybe hire some help for them!!!

It's a really clean and quiet location, which is crazy since it's on one of the main drags of Memphis. I've never had to wait long for food here.
